Extremely disappointed! Could not even call back when I called the manager Maria and left a message at 10am on 11/13.
Ordered flowers on Sunday Nov 8th for a delivery on Wed Nov 11th, with funeral services starting at 4pm for my grandfather. My uncle took it upon himself to call during the services and find out about the flowers. He left messages and then someone told him they were delivered. Funeral parlor reviewed tapes and found no delivery. Uncle called again. Finally an arrangement showed up at 6pm. Almost the end of services.
They would have been beautiful it they didn't look slapped
