Ordered the "Embrace" bouquet and the Premium Chocolates, Harry London pictured from this Dedham florist. Received a sparse bouquet with Russell Stover chocolates from Bella Mia in Norwood. Called and spoke to both florists, apparently the picture of Harry London chocolates will be taken down as it is not available. And for providing feedback, I was yelled at and berated by the woman at Bella Mia. I'm attaching a picture of an actual bouquet that you can expect during the pandemic since the website pictures no longer apply.

Five stars and beyond!! I placed an order online and was unsure if they were received. I called at 7pm to check on the order, and spoke to the owner Marie Noe. She felt certain the order had been delivered, but she called her driver (who was off the clock) and he knew exactly where he had left the delivery. She could not have been more accommodating!! Come to find out, I had not put my name on the card! She offered to call the recipient to make sure she got them and let her know the sender (me) didn't put her name on the card. I can't say enough about this shop. I had called with regards to planning a very special dinner party. I am very particular when it comes to my table escapes and so I wanted something very unique and very special. After looking online, I decided to call and speak to a designer about fall colors , maybe some unique things. I spoke to a wonderful lady who really knew her stuff. KY budget for this centerpiece was 200, and instead of one arrangement , she made 5. Different sized cubes with texture u on texture upon vibrant jewel tones of fall flower. It was awesome because I was able to send flowers
