I had ordered a flower arrangement for my Mom's life celebration from an online service. Order was place 3 days before the actual service and was from all of her children. 2 hours before the service I get a call from the online company telling me they had no one to deliver the flowers - they would not be able to deliver the flowers until Monday - a little late for our Saturday service. While I was on the phone arguing with ProFlowers, my husband began looking for Florists that may be able to assist. He found Courtyard and they were a life saver. We needed a few arrangements for a wake, and worked with Courtyard. They worked very closely with us to confirm what exactly we needed. They delivered 3 arrangements of different sizes and price points and all arrangements were perfect. We were also able to compare their price to other florists who supplied other arrangements, and for the same price point, Courtyard's were by far better than the others. Highly recommended.

Consistently beautiful flowers and excellent customer service! I've ordered a few arrangements from out-of-state, specifically for my grandmother who loves flowers. Each time I speak to someone at Courtyard Florist they are kind and very helpful. The beautiful, long lasting arrangements are always delivered on time. Just gorgeous...even down to the vases! My family ordered all the flowers for my husbands wake through Courtyard Florist and the timing was very tight with many arrangements to prepare. Not only were the owners professional, they answered all my questions and suggested colors for the flowers, they also listened to what was important to us. Several months back, my colleagues purchased me the most gorgeous arrangement from this shop to celebrate my engagement. Today, i called ahead to see if they could put together a small one for my mother-in-law's birthday. I told them what I was looking to spend and a few colors. I came by an hour later and was very impressed and pleased with what I picked up! The florist working (Amanda) did an amazing job and wrapped it up beautifully so that I could also easily travel with it in the car. I will definitely come back!

Being the queen of procrastination, I called to place an order for flowers to be delivered at the last minute during a busy time. In spite of being incredibly busy, not only was the florist incredibly kind on the phone, they were actually able to get the order delivered on time, which went above and beyond the call of duty, and for which I was very, very appreciative! We had just arrived from west coast for my dad's funeral service planned for Dec 22nd in West Roxbury. A hectic, sad time for us. Our funeral director recommended Courtyard Florist I consulted with Jim, he ordered six of the most beautiful poinsettia plants I have ever seen for my father's funeral service, They were just gorgeous, decorated with ivory bows. We were very pleased with the service, the flowers, the prompt response. They even called us to let us know that they were able to purchase the plants at cheaper price than originally quoted.

I really don't know much about flowers so needless to say I needed HELP when trying to put a boutique together for my grandmother. I was able to tell them how much I was willing to spend and then BOOM they started working their magic. The employee was here and there grabbing all different sorts of flowers and colors, etc. The arrangement was beautiful and my grandmother was sooooo excited. Thanks so much. Amazing customer service!

Being a 28 year old girl, I don't have a ton of experience with florists.
