A native New Mexican, born and raised in Albuquerque, NM and migrated west to Arizona to start college as a pre-med student. Derek Belanus went to school for 7 years with the aspirations of becoming a doctor. While attending the University of Arizona, he decided to start his career in real estate. From Tucson, he went west again to Fabulous Las Vegas in 2001.
Derek has been involved in real estate for nearly 20 years from brokering to purchasing, selling and investing in his own personal investments of nearly 1MM+ square feet of space.
