Kevin Tubbesing, SIOR, CCIM, ALC, is a Kansas City business and community leader living in Shawnee, Kansas. Having served on the City Council and Planning Commission for a first-class city, Kevin's valuable experience in development and land use comes with this perspective as well as that of an owner, developer and broker of properties.
Kim Anderson joins The Land Source with experiences in property management and event marketing/planning. A graduate of Kansas State University, Kim began her real estate career in 2005 as a multi-unit property manager in Lawrence, Kansas. Responsible for multi-million dollar assets, Kim managed all vendor relationships, lead management team meetings, and was the head customer service agent for the company clientele.
Phil Hammond entered real estate professionally following 25 years in the banking industry with a wide variety of local and regional clients and customers. His practice while at The Land Source has been evenly split between seller representation and buyer representation. Phil's classifications have ranged from retail, office, industrial, and residential.
Pat Murfey, CCIM, has specialized in industrial and commercial real estate since 2001. In his first thirteen years in commercial real estate he has completed over $61.5 million worth of transactions representing over 3,200,000 square feet of property and 42 acres of land. In addition to his experience in the industrial and commercial real estate industry, Pat has thirty years experience as an architect.
Ryan Robertshaw brings a breadth of development knowledge from his prior experience in construction, site improvements, and real estate development. His work as an Owner's Representative during construction projects brings a unique skill that allows Ryan to advise an owner/developer avoiding costly oversights.
