Welcome to Phoenix Home Health, an agency dedicated to providing excellent home healthcare services to Oklahoma City's greater metro area. I started Phoenix Home Health in 2007 because I wanted to make a positive difference in people's lives. I've worked in healthcare for a long time - first as an auditor for Blue Cross Blue Shield and then for another home health agency.
I've also helped my own grandparents and parents, and have experienced the challenges of being a caregiver at home, first hand. Our company goal is to assist families in providing compassionate, high quality healthcare at home for loved ones who are elderly or unwell, so that they can enjoy a fuller life, in comfortable, familiar surroundings.

Services
The mission of Phoenix Home Health Agency is to serve as an advocate for our clients by assisting them to achieve a higher quality of living in the home environment. Our staff consists of RN Case Managers, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Home Health Aides and office personnel that are dedicated to serving your home health needs.
Our administrators supervise the team of nursing specialists, home health aides, case managers and support personnel to ensure that we provide the best possible care for you and your loved ones. Our case managers coordinate your care to meet your healthcare goals. We speak with your physician on your behalf, arrange for therapy specialists to come to your home, assist with medical supplies and equipment and many other tasks.
A Registered Nurse, Case Manager will supervise and coordinate all care. The Case Manager will evaluate patient needs and monitor the care and condition of each patient as established in the Physician's Plan of Care. Therapists will evaluate patient needs and recommend services that may enable patients to experience a higher quality of living.

Jim started Phoenix Home Health in 2007. His vision is to keep seniors in their home safely as long as possible.
At Phoenix Home Health Agency, our support staff truly allows us to effectively meet your needs. From keeping track of Physical and Occupational Therapy needs, to answering the phones, providing data entry support, assisting with billing and general office help, our Support Team members play a crucial role in ensuring that we provide you with the service and care you need and deserve.

I needed to know about my pt for knee replacement surgery. Talked to case worker on Friday let him know I had Dr. appointment on Monday that I had to go to on Monday or change it. I talked to Joann on Saturday told her the same. Talked to the 24 phone line Sunday evening told her the same thing. Still know response, called, left a message when they opened at 9:00am. Called again around 9:15 told I think Stacy my predicament and that I had to leave my house by 9:30. She thought she could get someone to call me and they did after I left my home. I have worked with Phoenix for almost a decade as well as up to 40 other home care agencies in OKC. The people at Phoenix are honest, hardworking, high character folks. I am writing this review after seeing another rating that I believe inaccurately depicts the services this company provides.
This agency is responsive, forward thinking, and truly invested in their patients. Their patient satisfaction surveys are always among the highest in the state and that is not by coincindence.
