Does not provide council in a matter that is constructive to the client, nor does she reign in a client that is pursuing possessions/funds that are not theirs to claim. Seems more intent on filling her own wallet with money than trying to be an effective attorney at law. Would never recommend, unless to my worst enemy.

Attorney Probst is very professional, knowledgeable and super responsive. I found she is very transparent when it comes to fees and I feel she charges fairly. We hired her to handle a multifaceted child custody case and she definitely comes up with the best angle to take when it comes to what motions to file, appearing in court and any other curve ball thrown our way. Had Jane. Jane said she got sick and after some weeks, gave us Imran Kurter. An hour before we went to court, he did not have all the information he needed. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION. Guaranteed a win, we did NOT. Was a pretty sloppy job. Was late to court a few times. The defendant didn't even have a lawyer and still won. Didn't keep up to date with evidence provided during case.

Jane has been excellent since the get-go. If you want a pit bull that will fight for you, she is it! My previous lawyer stood by and watched as my children and I struggled with getting any kind of justice, even though there were findings of serious abuse and non-payment of child support. She was also skilled in dealing with a very difficult and biased GAL. She took my case seriously and has worked diligently to understand and resolve the issues at hand. She is always one step ahead and very prepared. I am so thankful to have found her.

Jane Probst represented my daughter in a difficult and complicated child custody battle. She gave my daughter encouragement and guidance throughout this case.
