Not impressed. Tried a couple times calling the desk different days and they let it ring with no answering. Tried reaching out as well to one of the so called “professors” on social media, asked for help and wanted to talk then he just told he he wasn’t interested in helping, and “didn’t have the time”. Then right after that he blocked me for absolutely no reason. Very unimpressed and unprofessional. I’d suggest you look into another academy where they actually care about helping people.

I joined Woo Kickboxing in March, 2019 after watching my kids participate from September, 2018 onward. Woo KB was highly recommended from a work colleague. The kids have lots of fun learning about self-defense, respect, discipline, teamwork and fitness. The instructors teach the kids as a group and then follow-up with them 1:1 to help them develop their skills to advance through the belt program. They have a great mix of instruction, demonstration and play.
I joined to stay in shape (Adult Program). It was super hard in the beginning but it got better. Before joining, I felt very sluggish. My

After trying many MMA studios in the surrounding towns, I FINALLY found the right fit. The owners teach and interact with their members in EACH AND EVERY CLASS! You will not find another studio like Woo Kickboxing Academy. From the instant you walk in, you'll feel welcomed....you'll feel like you belong. You will be pushed to realize your potential in an encouraging and safe manner and if you've got children...sign them up too! The bond (yes, I used the word bond because that's exactly what it is) between Professor & Mrs. Woo and the kids is simply incredible. They make these kids WANT to be there

Woo kickboxing Academy literally changed my life! Started there almost 4 years ago close to 200lbs, asthmatic and unhappy. They helped me find my limits and surpass them with flying colors. Today I'm almost 60lbs lighter, haven't had an asthma attack in almost 2 years, and I have way more confidence than I've ever had before. From the moment you walk through that door everyone from the staff to the patrons are welcoming and friendly. The trainers are amazing, upbeat and incredibly motivating. Everyone there is supportive of each other and are always helping and pushing each other to reach their

Absolutely love going to Woo kickboxing. I started in late June and became instantly addicted. The instructors are extremely motivating and the environment is welcoming. You will be in the best shape of your life coming to woo. It's also stress relieving to kickbox so you really can't go wrong with that.

I started at Woo's 5 months ago. After cycling through beachbody workouts like P90X, insanity and body beast for 2 years, and not getting the results I was hoping for, I decided to change it up. My original plan was to go a couple times a week to get some cardio in, while I continued to lift and do yoga at home. I entered Woo' at about 183lbs, and around 22% body fat (I'm 5'10). My first class was tough, I was beat after 15 minutes, but I felt great and accomplished after the hour. After 3 months of going 5 days a week, I was down to 168lbs, 11% Body fat, my confidence is through the roof and my
