Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling-based martial art whose central theme is the skill of controlling a resisting opponent in ways that force him to submit. Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) uses various fighting techniques, both traditional and non-traditional in a competitive setting. We believe the most important gifts we can give our children are self confidence, discipline, and the ability to protect themselves in dangerous situations.

Professor Kevin Landry began training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 1994. His love for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu eventually led him to seek out Master Renzo Gracie. Professor Kevin traveled to New York to train under Master Renzo. Here he met and trained alongside many world class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioners: such as Ryan Gracie, Rodrigo Gracie, Matt Serra, Ricardo Almeida, John Danaher, Rolles Gracie, Igor Gracie and Gregor Gracie to name a few.
Many years of experience teaching the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu makes Kevin a specialist in dealing with people in the martial arts business. His philosophy of teaching is based on creating a family style atmosphere where people can train in a friendly, clean and healthy environment, helping and developing together but always evolving and growing as a martial artist within individual skills and personal limits.
The consequences of dirty mats and training gear go well beyond aesthetics, of course. The spread of germs and viruses through contact with equipment is a serious health concern. If a Jiu jitu wrestling mat is not cleaned properly athletes may catch skin diseases. Staphylococcal infections, ringworm, impetigo, and herpes simplex virus are the four most commonly seen in wrestling.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art that law enforcement personnel can use to their advantage. We are excited about our opportunity to offer training to law enforcement officers. Jiu Jitsu is all about taking control of resisting opponents in ways that will force them to submit.
Control of a fight is generally easier on the ground than in a standing position to begin with, so much of the technique is centered around bringing the fight to the ground. This makes it easier to perform dominant control positions. The opponent can then be rendered harmless. With Jiu Jitsu, you will be able to overcome opponents of greater size and strength, which is why it is so unique.

When the name Kevin Landry is mentioned, Three words come to mind, Integrity, Honor and Dedication. Professor Landry's Jiu Jitsu is absolutely breath taking, he's also a great mentor and has a gigantic heart. The team is.

My 7 year old son struggles with sensory processing disorder and other difficulties and is currently being tested for autism. Kevin didn't bat an eye at this and immediately paired my son up with his son, Christopher, for private lessons. It has been amazing to watch my son develop and his confidence grow with Chris. Kevin and Chris have been so accommodating to my son's every need, and everyone I have met at the Windham facility has been so kind and gracious. I cannot say enough good things about Renzo Gracie NH!!!

Amazing facility, instructors and teammates! Ive been training here every week for over a year and cannot say enough positive things about RGNH. Prof Kevin and his instructors are amazing and create a fun and relaxing open learning environment.
I highly recommend anyone to try a trial class as Ive been hooked ever since. I started late in life and have not experienced any issues while training, everyone is willing to help with no egos. It’s challenging, humbling and addictive!

Great gym! I mainly attended the MMA classes, great lessons for both stand up and grappling/no gi, and good training partners for tech sparring. I ended up cancelling my membership because I'm moving out of state, but the owner and office staff made the cancellation an easy process - no billing issues. Definitely recommend for practitioners of all levels!

This place is awesome! I've been training here at RGNH for almost 3 years now and I love it. The instructors are so knowledgeable and are great teachers and coaches. The classes are structured for all skill levels, abilities and ages. When I first joined I did not know anything about Jiu Jitsu. There were so many higher level students that willing to help the new guy, and this still holds true today. It is truly a team atmosphere, I always feel right at home here. I've made a lot of new friends here and have also been reunited with a lot old friends that I have not seen in years.

I moved to New Hampshire early 2019 and without a second guess I signed up and began taking classes at Renzo Gracie New Hampshire's Windham academy. Without a doubt this decision was one of the best choices I've made since moving in state. I felt welcomed from the start, class is very engaging and the instructors genuinely take an interest in every student and push them to be the best version of themselves. No matter what you are looking to accomplish, they will provide the means and the guidance to best equip you to accomplish your goals. I've made some great friends in the instructors, students

Trained at another BJJ academy for almost 3 years and had an awful experience. When I finally decided to quit, I tried 5 other academies and none of them felt quite right. Once I did a trial class here, I immediately knew it was the right one for me. Relaxed atmosphere, good coaching. If you’re completely new to the world of combat sports or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, this would be a great place to start as it can be intimidating to do a sport such as this one, but Kevin and the coaching staff make it much more welcoming.

I have been training a little over a year and my health has taken a complete 180 into the right direction. I suffer from multiple auto immune disorders and Lyme disease, which result in chronic joint inflammation, fatigue, muscle spasms, and weight loss. At 35 years old with these issues I was concerned about training jujitsu. What I can tell you now is I have gained over 40 lbs of muscle and my body feels better than it ever has. Training has changed the way my body reacts to these issues, giving me a second wind at life so to speak. I am deeply grateful to Tim and Kevin for there support.

If you have ever considered trying jiu jitsu I beg that you please take Renzo Gracie Windham NH into your consideration! Professor Kevin Landry and Professor Tim Ham (as well as many other coaches in the academy) have created an atmosphere that is so much more than just jiu jitsu. The lessons I have learned and am continuing to learn have helped improve my life both on and off the Matt’s and there is no way to express my appreciation enough. If you are thinking of trying jiu jitsu for self defense, or competition, or a way to make new friends, or a way to burn calories and stay healthy and active

Have been training there for the past year and a half or so. The atmosphere is friendly and professional and really a nice facility - ever improving. Instructors are thoroughly versed in technique and encouraging to all. "Family" like vibe all around yet a great place for both newbies and advanced for further training. Would highly recommend. Oh and tons of classes at different times so easy for almost anyone to fit into their schedule.

I have been training at Renzo Gracie New Hampshire for 4 years now. I could not ask for a better academy. The training is excellent and the staff is knowledgeable and approachable. The morning classes make it so easy to attend additional classes around a busy schedule. Brian Patrick, who teaches the morning classes is excellent and can't say enough good things about Professor Kevin. I would highly recommend you train here if you are interested at all in BJJ.

I had planned on enrolling my kids into a martial arts program so that they could become 'bullyproof'. I was initially apprehensive any martial arts club since I know nothing about them, especially the culture of such clubs. I didn't want a hard-nose tough-guy gym. I wanted a gym that would make my kids confident, self-sufficient (bullyproof), disciplined and part of a 'family'.
My neighbor (member of Renzo Gracie NH) convinced me to try Renzo Gracie NH (Exeter branch) as he said the owner wanted a more family oriented atmosphere. The owner, Kevin Landry, is the BEST
