Originally I was skeptical about visiting and applying to this property, based on a prior bad experience with FPI management paired with the reviews I was running the other way.
Myeasha contacted me about my interests in the property and I shared my concerns with her. She was able to mitigate my concerns as well as went out of her way to get me a contact for the property that I originally had a bad experience with.
Upon visiting the property I was already running late due to my toddler as well as a last minute phone appointment I was wrapping up but she was very accommodating and still was able

All the reviews about the assistant director manager are so true! She was so rude and dismissive of me after taking over 2 weeks to even responding to the online application plus phone calls and multiple messages. The temp lady who showed me the apartment was so nice and helpful, it's a shame she isn't the manager. Reading the other reviews I feel lucky this happened before signing a lease. It's the worst to live at a property with a managers who clearly hates what they do and have zero interest in helping tenants or prospects.

The apartments are nice but when it comes to maintenance they are the worst! Never replying to phone ( you have to go to their office) and after scheduling maintenance nobody ever shows up. So again you have to go over the same process multiple of times so that eventually you get lucky and somebody shows up.

Overall a good place to live. If you ignore common things between all rentals places in bay area like high cost of living or sudden increase rents, this place is a recommended place to live.
This place is a mix of homeowners and renters. This increase the quality of care given to the property. We found lovely neighbors and weird ones (someone with mental problems who left weird notes at your front door).
Something I take attention and I gave extra stars, is how greedy could be the landlord to take your security deposit. This place surprisingly acknowledged normal wear and tear and did not charge

I feel compelled at this point in time to explain to everyone the exact level of professionalism shown by Myeasha and her team. From the setting up of a tour, the actual tour and the post-tour follow-up, they were fantastic to work with. Extremely informative, very engaged as in their heart is really in their job. I'm convinced that the experience living in the complex will be at an equal level of sophistication as the process of leasing was.

Living here has been a dream! The property is gorgeous, my apartment is all high end touches, and my neighbors are awesoooome! Super close to John Muir Hospital for work for me, and near a ton of hiking and biking trails for myself and my golden doodle Sir Ralph the II!
Arianna the assistant community director is amazing! She's akways available to talk and super knowledgeable!
Highly recommend if you're looking in the Walnut Creek area!
