We had a wonderful time. Used the service, Zack was great. Had the car exactly 6-10pm. They charged me an extra $200 in the end, no warning, saying that the driver was with us an extra half hour. I've called and emailed repeatedly - I have a photo of the limo in front of my house time stamped 10:02pm letting the kids out. This is such poor business practice. If they'd just refunded me I'd have been happy. I'll never recommend or use them again. Crooks.

This company is the absolute worst, the most unreliable, unprofessional company I’ve ever came across. Not only is Brittney on here writing fake reviews for whatever weird reason! Her and this company ALMOST ruined my sons 13th birthday party! I reserved a limo with Brittney almost a month ago , 1st red flag was she kept asking for the same info every time I spoke with the girl!(shouldn’t you already have that!?) okay…checking my email she sends me an email with somebody else’s last night and card info? I called her to clarify and she makes a comment saying “wait this is weird somebody

Very detail oriented and reliable when it comes to last minute planning. They were able to accommodate all nine of us on short notice so for that I give them 5 stars. Limos are very nice and kept in pristine condition. I have used others in the past but none were this great.

The service was great. The team communicated regularly using email and text to give us updates. They even let us know when the driver was close by so we didn’t have to wait outside. The limousine was very clean and the driver was amazing and friendly. This really helped us ease into the vacation we had planned.
