We used LB limo from LAX to our home. Booking was professional and straightforward. Communication is great. Our driver Vaz was extremely professional. We received a text as soon as we landed and he was waiting for us at arrivals. He was so pleasant and helpful, especially since we had so many luggage and a car seat to install. Best way to leave LAX after a long trip.

I am not a frequent writer of reviews (probably written two at most), but I had a great experience with LB Limousine. It was totally seamless. To begin with, I had forgotten to reserve a car and called late afternoon on Christmas Eve (!) for a reservation for a few days later, thinking I'd get a recording. I did not ! I made the reservation and from there it was smooth sailing. William picked us up right on time and got us to the airport without a hitch on a very rainy LA day. I used LB Limousine to take me to and from LAX this past Thanksgiving 2021. Patrick was a pleasure to work with in setting up the two trips...excellent communicator, very detailed and quick response times. The first driver to LAX (Vaz) was early to pick me up (very early in the morning) and extremely nice. William picked me up at LAX just before midnight and was waiting for me in baggage claim with the digital sign, took my luggage to the car and could not have been any nicer. Both Vaz and William were excellent in their communication with me on times and location. I highly recommend using LB Limousine

LB Limousine made getting a quote and arranging my ride quick and easy which was very important since I was coming in from out of town. They took me from downtown to the Rams game, waited and then took me to the airport. The driver, William, was courteous and professional and our car was spotless and well appointed. We have used this company twice now, both for pickups from LAX. Both drivers were excellent; great at communication and extremely patient. The first driver waited for us for 4 hours as we waited to clear immigration inside.
Booking the service was easy and all charges were well-explained. Will definitely hire again and recommend.

Really excellent experience. Our flight arrived 15 minutes early, and when I texted that to the driver, he already was waiting for me at baggage claim. Not only that, we arrived at Terminal 6 and Air Canada's baggage claim is in Terminal 5. So. I found out where my suitcase would be from my driver, Ramsin. When I got there -- it's a haul from where we landed -- he was very easy to find, with my name (spelled correctly) on a sign and a luggage cart waiting. Retrieved my suitcase and then a very easy walk to the car, followed by a very comfortable and safe ride home.

Used them for a second time for a trip from LAX to the SGV area, as the first experience from SGV to LAX was so positive.
Driver (Vaz) met our party in the luggage area, had our name on an iPad so he was easily identifiable. He had also texted me just as our plane landed so I knew he was waiting. Vaz helped with the luggage, unlike some drivers who make this half-hearted attempt to help but you can tell that they really rather not. The car was immaculate, fully stocked with water, phone chargers, mints, etc. Smooth ride home.

This company deserves 40 stars! I've taken four trips in the last two months, and used LBLimo going to and from the airport each time--that's eight trips, each of which gets four stars. The cars are clean, the drivers are polite and always on time. It's a family business, with brothers, the dad, and other relatives doing the driving. It's not like some other companies that subcontract out to independent drivers, which can be unreliable.
