Our experience at Tom Poe Diamond was superb. My fiancé and I went in with my original engagement ring wanting a new setting. The staff at Tom Poe were absolutely phenomenal. The kindness and excitement they displayed when talking us through the decision was wonderful. They even made sure my ring was finished in time for our engagement party. Definitely worth the drive from Seattle. I highly recommend Tom Poe, and we look forward to returning for our next jewelry purchase!

My fiancé got my diamond engagement ring here because it's the best! Tom, the owner is an expert in the diamond field, going above and beyond to answer all our questions and even went out of his way to order a sample just so we could view the style (at No additional charge!). Was very impressed with their engagement selection and loved how sweet and friendly the staff are, not pushy at all! They really know their diamonds. My fiancé was so impressed he also purchased my wedding band there too! Adelaide setting- it's amazing and Tom really goes the extra mile to make everything perfect

Friendly but I feel he was dishonest.
We got quoted $180 for some scrap gold and then $95 for an 18k setting with a platinum head.
Went to Redmond rare coin and gold the following weekend and got so much more for our jewelry and gold!!!!
We needed up getting $320 for the scrap and $145 for the setting.

My husband proposed with a ring from Tom Poe's. I never went into the store, or picked out a ring. I always thought that was a mans job. I told my husband to pick out a ring that reminded him of me. Well, with the help of Tom Poe and his staff my husband surprised me with the most unique ring. It's beautiful! I have yet to see anyone with a similar setting. My husband melted my heart and Tom Poe helped make it happen.

I visited Tom Poe Diamonds for the first time ever. And although I am born and raised 35 years in Enumclaw and prefer to spend my money in my own community, I will never spend a dime or visit Tom Poe Diamonds again. What I believe is the owner was INCREDIBLY rude, condescending, smug and over all made me feel unwelcome in his store. If you feel like I am wasting your time then tell me you can't help me but DO NOT talk to me like I'm stupid. After all YOU are the professional. Not me. I recommend anyone go anywhere else besides Tom Poe Diamonds. I am certain you will be treated with more
