Our curbside service is a great way to drop off and pick up your jewelry repair items without having to get out of your car. This service is available Monday - Friday 11:00 - 6:00 and Saturday 11:00 - 4:00. Here are the links to the instructions and repair request form. You only need to fill this out if you want the curbside service.

Services
The simple answer is that we are a local, family-owned, small business, with four generations of the Johnson family who have been devoted to the craft of creating, designing, repairing and selling jewelry and watches since 1898. Johnson Jewelers was founded by J.G. Johnson in 1898 in North Dakota. The dust bowl and depression had Mr. Johnson seeking new opportunities for his family.
We offer on-site jewelry repair. Customer requests vary from simple ring sizing, prong repair, or pearl restringing, to major reconstruction for items damaged in an accident. We have seen it all! Rings can get damaged from daily wear, so we encourage you to visit us if you feel a rough edge or notice a loose stone on your ring.
Much of our showroom is filled with designs that we created. We go to gem shows to find the best materials and have trusted sources from which to order. From those quality materials, we create classic pieces, suitable for everyday wear, that make great gifts for special occasions. The nice thing about our semi-custom designs is that they can be modified to your preferences.
We are here to make sure you get exactly what you want for this momentous milestone. To that end, we carry designers with customizable options. We find out what you want and work with you to create the perfect piece, instead of carrying generic inventory we try to convince you to buy. This is a special time and we are thrilled to be a part of it.
Magda Cockerline creates beautiful wire-wrapped jewelry including hair pieces, necklaces, and earrings using beads and pearls. Her style is perfect for bridal jewelry and accessories. Daffodil Metal Designs is the husband and wife team of Andrew and Elizabeth Mobley that specializes in one of a kind jewelry that takes natural stones and sets them in metal.

My son had purchased a one-of-a-kind pendant from an artist co-op shop on a trip to Alaska. It had a wire wrapping from which it hung on a chain. Due to the design of the wrapping, it kept getting tangled and my teenage son had lost it once, broke two inexpensive chains, and was getting frustrated. I consulted the staff at Johnson Jewelers as a first time customer and they took such care with the pendant and my order. One of their jewelers was able to redesign the wire wrapping so it would no longer tangle and my son is so pleased with it! I appreciate how they took such care even though it's not

I needed a watch battery replaced, and I wanted the operation performed properly, so I thought I’d try a local jeweler. The wonderful lady that was up front at the time was very welcoming and accommodating. Many thanks to her, and to the goldsmith who efficiently replaced the battery.
Not only does shopping here support local business, their pricing for services is very reasonable. They are by far a better option than anything in the mall. I plan on returning, and highly recommend Johnson Jewelers to anyone!

I brought my engagement ring in for a resize because I gave my fiancé the very wrong size for the ring. Johnson Jewelers answered my emails promptly, my phone calls efficiently, and after about two weeks I was able to get my ring at the correct size. They did a great job sizing me and was able to take my ring down three sizes from a 12 to a 9 3/4. Great service especially around the holidays.

I could not have asked for a better experience! I took some jewelry of my moms and had 3 rings made and they are all beautiful. The care that was extended was equal in quality to the product produced. They are professional, kind and value customer service and quality products. Amy Johnson was amazing as she listened to what I wanted and made the vision happen. I highly recommend Johnson’s Jewelers and will definitely patron them again.
