I went here for a contact lens eye exam and ordered about $70 in contacts, knowing that my insurance has a $150 allowance. When I made the order I was told that I had $80 left that I could use to buy contacts at that time but I decided to use it later in the year. Months later I checked my insurance to see exactly how much I had left and found that the full $150 was claimed by this provider. In some circles this is known as insurance fraud. I called them about this and was forwarded a check for the missing amount. Who knows how many people they have stolen from thinking that they would never notice
