Note: During peak times and while others are waiting, please limit machine use to 30-minutes. In additon to providing a comfortable and separate area for group exercise classes, when the room is available members may choose to utilize the room for private cardio sessions. Please ask for a schedule if you are planning on using the room for yourself or for a group workout.
A qualified personal trainer can help you set up a program that meets your goals and teach you the best way to exercise. If you have always wanted to lose that last 20 pounds, tone up your body, or just be a healthier person, but you haven't quite been able to get there on your own, a personal trainer can help keep you on track.
Contact your health insurance provider and employer to see if your membership at King's Fitness For Life is covered through your health plan. King's Fitness For Life is very pleased to announce that we are part of the Silver Sneakers and Prime Fitness Programs! There is no initiation or monthly fee for Silver Sneakers Members.

After being a member for over 3 years, I was disappointed about being charged when I thought I had settled cancellation. Dennis called to personally resolve the situation and yet still preserve the integrity and policies of his business. That was much appreciated. You don't get sincere customer service like that at large chain gyms. I also loved going to the gym late at night and having the place all to myself.
