Great Apartment! I have been living here for a few months now. This apartment offers the proximity to the city, while avoiding city traffic. Easy access to the T, as well as the freeway. The staff members are very nice. Mohamed is extremely friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable when it comes to fulfilling maintenance requests. Kristin is extremely nice, and makes leasing a breeze. Living somewhere is always better when you’re around personable people. I’m happy to live here.

I recently sold my family home. And I wanted to stay in Everett. A family friend recommended PH. I liked the apt and moved in, that was six years ago. It has been a good experience. One minor crisis, I checked my mail, and was returning to my apt when I dropped my keys in the elevator. I looked down to retrieve them. The keys slipped down the elevator shaft. Didn't have my phone with me. A Neighbor saw my confusion. Helped me, called a PH number to inform them of my "crisis". PH sent me help within an hour. Thank God. I've lived at Parkway Heights for a long time. Dan the new manager has been willing to work with me and Kristen being in the office regularly now has been a big help. She's always willing to take care of any issues that arise.also the maintenance guy Mohammed is the best person to be on site to take care of this property specifically with his good manners also getting the requests filled in a timely and professional manner

This building is in the neighborhood I'm looking to move to but seems to never have an open apartment. I lucked out and caught a tour with Kristen. She's awesome. You can tell she really enjoys and takes pride in her job. Unfortunately for me, someone rented the apartment before I got my application done. I will be waiting for another one to open up because I loved it!

Management here is awful and it can take a while to get your maintenance requests filled but when maintenance comes they do a great job and with a smile. Mohammed is the best, always positive and happy. He does great efficient qork and makes everything better after fixes it. Maintenance has a huge load to deal with in this building but they arent management. Management is horrible!! They rarely get back to you, the office is always closed and it seems as if they dont care. I do love my apartment though, but with all the issues with the building, it's not worth its price at times. Like there is

The management team for this building is the worst. The office is mostly close. They won't return your phone call. If you put a maintenance request good luck. This may takes weeks. If you moving out good luck getting your refunds.
The building is locate right next to route 16 with a lot of traffic. Good luck get some quiet time at night.
Please save yourself some time and money. Look of another place.
