The Groves is a 533-unit resident owned and occupied senior (55/45) mobile home community on 72 acres in Irvine. Our office is located inside The Groves Community. Our community is owned and managed by The Groves Homeowners, Inc., a California Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation. It was formed in 1986 for the purpose of acquiring and operating the Groves Mobile Home Park.
We are both an owner owned and an owner occupied community, meaning they're no renters or Airbnbs at anytime. As a buyer, you own the home and the land. Because our homes are owner-occupied, our community is stable, closer knit and cohesive. Our residents take great pride in their ownership. Each guest may stay up to 21 consecutive nights a year or 30 non-consecutive nights a year.
