My 2-month old duck Sassy has a broken knee. I called three clinics in the area and had her record sent over. Linwood was the only one got back to me and scheduled an appointment right away. Yes I know - she is a farm animal, not a pet. Yet Dr. Ben is extremely professional and patient. He came out of the office, standing in the rain, explained the cause of her conditions and the situation we face. Knowing there is no way to save my girl duck, it is comforting to see a doctor actually cares.
