Peerpocalypse is a conference of leaders, emerging leaders, innovators, and peers who want to become more involved in the peer community. Adopting the philosophy that peers bring with them a great deal of knowledge and expertise, the event is about bringing the community together to share information, skills, and experience.
Peerpocalypse is a peer leadership conference. We hold space for peer leadership and the peer lens. We want the rock stars, but also want the emerging leaders, for workshops and keynotes. You may come across a workshop topic at Peerpocalypse that may be edgy or make you uncomfortable, and that's okay.

Services
At MHAAO we work diligently towards environmental sustainability in our office and community as we consider it a social justice issue that directly correlates to MHAAO's mission, vision, and core values. Though our main office building is working towards LEED certification, they have made changes to the building such as energy-efficient lighting and appliances, and double-paned insulated windows.
The DEI Committee is asking you to share your feedback, comments, and experiences with MHAAO's programs as it relates to diversity, equity, and inclusion. MHAAO strives to encompass equitable practices in all its services and in alignment with MHAAO's Equity Statement (above).
MHAAO's programs include EVOLVE Peer Delivered Services, Pathway Home, the Oregon Peer Training & Innovation Center (OPTIC), Peer Support for Peer Support Specialist (PS4PSS), and our national conference, Peerpocalypse.
