Adam was very professional and yet very personable through the whole process of repairing my car. He took care of every detail from arranging a rental to working with the insurance company. The repair work was superb, top-notch quality. My car was returned just like brand new, immaculately detailed, and even serviced since it was due its 12 month service. Update as of December 2021: My daughter, with her brand new driver’s license, and knowing how much I like Adam’s, helped facilitate another visit to the shop recently. The shop provides text status updates as the repairs progress, the work is done perfectly, and they even washed my car! Everyone at the shop is friendly, professional, and I recommend them to everyone I know.

My name is Katherine Love. I have used Adams Before and during this Pandemic I was lucky that they weren't to backed up to help me. So far my car is driving good just had it back a couple of days,I really don't forsee any problems. I recommend Adams Body Shop they work well with insurance companies. This was my second experience with Adam's Auto body. They did such an awesome job the first time that I had to go back the second time and they did not disappoint my car drives better today then when I bought it years ago. The staff is so professional always updating me about the status of my car. I recommend Adam to the entire lake county area they are the best and take their time and make sure that everything is right have a lifetime warranty on the parts that they serviced which is awesome so if something goes wrong I know where I can go and get it fixed. This is my second time at Adams due to a parking accident and my Kia Optima was returned in mint condition. Adam and his team shows nothing but professionalism, courtesy and proper communication. Blanca does a phenomenal job of updating my car status almost on a daily basis which prevents me from calling and wondering how my car is.
