Dr. Ruda what can I say but thank you!
I a patient that wanted to bring all my package at ones and say fix me in 1,2,3 but the reality is that is not how it worse. I am thankful and grateful you have taken the time to help me with one medical issue at a time. Now for the person with the negative review that does NOT sound like my doctor at all. We do need to be mindful that doctors have a life outside of this clinic. We must be respectful of her time and we must plan accordingly (parking and all) when it comes to our appointments. Dr Ruda gives everyone her undivided attention and this does NOT

If I could give this practice a 0 I would. I arrived ON TIME for my appt. The front desk shared that they had parking in the Jewel parking lot. Gave me a sign to place in my front window just in case. I returned to the practice and was denied service. I explained that I simply went to park my car. Dr. Ruda told her staff that she refused to see me because it was past the 15 min time. Let me remind you. I was on time. I had already completed my pre check in requirements and paid my copay. Dr. Ruda is incredible. I recommend her to all my friends, and anyone who is looking for a primary care physician. She is so kind and compassionate, takes her time to ensure I'm able to cover all the bases of whatever it is I'm seeing her about, and always makes me feel taken care of. She almost never runs late, so if she does, I know there is a good reason or something unexpected happened. She runs a tight ship. Her offices are beautiful and perfectly spotless. Dr. Ruda is a wonderful doctor who really takes her time to explain every detail when you visit her, and she has a very calming presence. However, it is almost impossible to get an appointment with her even if you are an established patient. I have had three instances this year where I've tried to schedule an appointment for a couple of different health concerns, and each time was told she was unavailable for the week and to see urgent care. Unfortunately, even with my insurance urgent care costs are expensive. I'm sad to say that I've had to leave Dr. Ruda and search for another doctor for my

I’m not sure if the stress of being the only one seeing patients got to her but today she lost me as a patient. Prior to today I’ve had good experiences with her. Today however it was something else. She basically told me she only had time to talk to me about my scheduled follow up. I had a serious concern about my health that happened a couple of days before.
