Our physicians are board-certified dermatologists and skin health experts. Dr. Carter and Dr. Fox focus on the intricate medical and surgical aspects of dermatology, from acne to advanced skin cancer. Learn more about our dermatologists below. Originally from the state of Tennessee, Dr. Carter has been practicing dermatology in the Chicago area since completing his dermatology residency in 2005.
Dr. Fox was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! I felt much more relaxed and hopeful about my skin after my appointment with him and can't wait to revisit the office for my 10-week check up. I needed to find a new Derm in the city and Dr. Fox was such a great dermatologist! He made me feel confident in his diagnosis, he was thorough in his explanation and was very personable!

This was my first time seeing Dr. Fox and I was extremely happy with my experience! All of the staff was friendly and professional, but Dr. Fox’s bedside manner was superb. He listened to my concerns fully, gave good perspective on solutions, and made sure I had affordable access to prescriptions. I will definitely be returning.

I went in for a mole check and was very nervous. Dr. Carter was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. The entire staff was amazing and extremely helpful with my insurance information, as well. I’m so happy that I went and would definitely refer them!
Update: I needed to have some ED&C procedures to remove basal cell cancers. Dr. Carter and his entire staff put be at ease and made for a relatively painless experience. They are all so kind and caring from the medical staff to the billing staff. I’m so happy that I had this taken care of and I would advise everyone to get their skin checked

Best experience ever at a dermatologist. They were able to give me an appointment quick. I was seen by Dr. Fox and he was truly the best. He listen to my concerns and provided me with a long term solution which give me a sense of trust, he was willing to help me out with my case and was very clear about the treatment that was given to me, her assistant was also very helpful and I love how organized this office is.

Dr. Fox is passionate, smart, and thoughtful. Truly a rare and refreshing professional in the medical specialty landscape. He spent a lot of time explaining the science behind my situation and the pros and cons of the various existing treatment options. He was also current in his understanding of a variety of new and “promising” therapies that were not currently FDA approved but showed promise as future prospects in treating my difficult condition appear to be hopeful. Overall I am very impressed and relieved to have found Dr. Fox after having disappointing consultations with 2 previous dermatologists

This place is so amazing. Dr. Fox is a GEM and his staff are so very efficient, talented, knowledgeable, and helpful. They helped me every step of the way to get my prescriptions and get me on the road to wellness. Dr. Fox was thorough with explaining the problem, the how, the why, and the treatment. I'm highly satisfied with the service and professionalism of this group.

Dr. Fox is absolutely the best! He is so kind and so knowledgeable. He actually listens to your questions and concerns and thoroughly addresses all of them. I basically come in with a laundry list every time and unfazed he answers all my questions, gives great advice and recommendations. He clearly cares about his patients and I’m so thankful to have him on my care team. I highly recommend his office if you’re looking for a dermatologist.
