I've been taking my son to Dr. Frazier since my son was born. He really is the best! The total care physicians staff is super friendly and make you feel so comfortable! We love Dr. Frazier, he really seems to care about his patients which is rare to find in a doctor nowadays! We would never even consider going elsewhere!
This place is the best! I won't go anywhere else. I live on the far north side and I will gladly sit in traffic or take a longer train ride to get there. The entire staff is amazing and friendly, and Dr. Ciaccia is SO patient and understanding and clearly cares about her patients. Never once have I felt rushed or judged.

My son has been seeing Dr. Frazier for over 8 years, he is always super nice and caring. I don't even know how he remembers so many of his patients' personal details and interests. I felt like I needed to write a review because I saw some people negative's impression of the front desk, I forgot her name right now but she is always friendly and helpful. It has been a crazy year for them as a small clinic, I think we need to give them a little compassion for what they have been dealing with during the pandemic. I really wanted to give this place a 4 star but the front desk person is ALWAYS in a bad mood and could be some what rude. I love the doctors. They’re always knowledgeable and patient. They should really look into finding a person who could give better customer service when callings and setting up appointments.

The lady answering the phones is extremely rude. All I asked what were their current office hours. Due to COVID one can expect different hours of operations (everywhere). I was told "Are you a patient here" "Why you wanna know our hours?" I said, I would like to see a doctor. She gave me an attitude and I politely said, thank you. I'll look elsewhere.
It's so disheartening that people like this are at the front lines of healthcare. If you do not have the customer service skills, patience, and understanding to be answering phones. Then maybe look for a different career.

This facility has poor customer service. The administrator who answered the phone was not only rude but proceeded to throw very personal and confidential information in my face. She also hung up in my face several times when I called back to discuss her behavior with the physician or supervisor. All I wanted was to schedule an appointment, perhaps I expected her to perform a task that was not relatable to her level of proficiency and professionalism, which is surprising coming from a physicians office. Then, I spoke with my physician and she encouraged me to seek out another PCP if I wasn’t comfortable

Dr. Gina Ciaccia is the best! She is extremely personable and smart. She always works with you and will help you expedite appointments when needed. When performing a procedure, she will talk you through everything while it's happening.
I've even referred some of my best friends to her as well. That's how much I trust her!

OK 2 more years have gone by - and Dr. Matt is better than ever. On time for appointments and thorough. Covered all the bases and finally got squeamish me convinced to do a blood test. I barely felt the needle but imagined a jigsaw. Yep - I survived.

My husband and I have been patients for over 4 years (including before having kids), but recently moved to the western suburbs to raise a family. We have decided to continue to stay with Total Care Physicians (despite it taking an hour to get there), because we absolutely love them. We have two children under the age of two, and feel most confident with the doctors at this office. From the front staff to the doctors, the staff truly cares about your entire family. They are quick to respond to messages that you send through the portal, and never make you feel like your concern is too small.

I love visiting Dr. Ciaccia. She is so personable and sincerely cares about your health. I never feel rushed and I always leave feeling informed and reassured. She makes herself available to your needs by phone or the portal. She follows up on your referrals. No long wait times for your appointment. Nurse Alicia is also very friendly and considerate. They work as a seamless team and it makes for a calm and inviting environment. I highly recommend this doctor’s office.

Dr. Ciaccia is the BEST! I adore her!! I moved to Los Angeles over a year ago, and I have not found a single doctor at her level. She was very professional, educated, and caring! The whole staff was very sweet, and easy to reach out to on the phone. I never had an issue with any of the staff members! I highly recommend Dr. Ciaccia! :D

I was with Total Care Physicians for a short time. I felt no stress after my abrupt move from my last doctor. This office did a excellent job with my continuity of care. Both Dr. Ciaccia and Dr. Mathew Frazier are strong advocates for their patients. Dr Ciaccia talked to me about weight loss and was not insulting. I liked that she just met me and cared about my health. This is an indication that your in the presence of a good doctor. Their staff, Alicia and Kim are very professional and treated me well. I wish you guys the best and thank you for doing an excellent job with my medical care.

From the first time I walked into the doctor’s office I was greeted with the beautiful smiles of their staff members. They were all very polite and very helpful. Dr. Frazier and Dr. Ciaccia took time to listen to my health needs as well as took the time to answer the questions I had. This is the best experience I have had in a doctor's office. I felt like a person and not like someone sick. I wouldn’t change them for nothing they are so fantastic and so heartwarming that they make me feel like family.

I'm a returning client to doctor Gina Ciaccia, but the front desk lady is super rude to me. I was late - my fault, because my appointment was at 3pm and I totally forgot that's school hours and the roads were blocked. I arrived at 315pm, I said hi, mentioned my appointment at 3 and was about to apologize. The lady didn't even let me finish and cut me off saying" you have to reschedule, you only have 10 minutes to get here, the doctor got no time for you now". I understand I am late, you can tell me politely to come back. When I asked what's the next available appointment

Dr. Frazier is awesome! Has helped me with all of my medical needs. Very through in finding the right path towards helping me with my medical needs. The office staff is another thing. I am having surgery and and have them 3 times to get some test results sent over to my surgeon's office and they have not sent them. I physically had to go over there and watch them do it because they said they would do it and never did. Dr. Frazier is great, the office staff sucks!

A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Laura Niiro I am so glad I took her advice.. she is general practitioner as well as a female doctor.. I didn't know what to expect but now, I never would go to another doctor as long as I'm in Chicago.
From the start she was friendly, went over my entire medical history, got to know me. We went over what brought me in that day and covered everything thoroughly. What's really wonderful about Dr. Niirro is the way she makes time for you.

I've been going to this family practice for about 4 months now and I'm so glad that I decided to make Dr. Gina my general care physician. I recently left my family's medical plan and honestly had no idea what to look for in a doctor. If you're looking for a general doctor in the Bridgeport area, Drs Giaccia (Gina and Matt) are very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.
The office is clean and appointments can be made on the phone without trouble.
They have an online portal that you can register an account with to see your part history and the doctor's notes.
Beware of trying to find parking during a White Sox game. Also, visits can take a little time...
