It is our goal to provide the highest quality of healthcare to our patients. In order to do so, we have established some guidelines for our visitors. Many of these guidelines are in response to mental health laws and regulations and all of our guidelines seek to protect the safety, rights and confidentiality of our patients.

For inpatient behavioral health stays, there are several items that patients should be sure to bring along. There are also several items that patients should be sure to leave at home. From our years of experience with inpatient care, we have developed a set of packing guidelines.
These guidelines help ensure that we can provide the best experience for our patients, and they also help ensure that our patients can get the most out of their stay with us.When preparing for a stay at a behavioral health hospital, people only need to bring three days worth of clothes. We have laundry services onsite, and our patients will have clean clothes each day.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. from personal experience this place is horrible. as soon as i walked in they made me sit for over 3 hours while they did nothing. i got there at 1:30 and didn’t get to go to the unit until 6:30. i told them i was allergic to milk and soy and they said they would give me food that was free of that and never did. i was starved for almost 2 whole days. they never called my parents back after she called them multiple times asking to call her back. on their website it says there is therapy daily, while i was there for 2 days there was zero therapy, all you

My friend went to this absolute wreck of a mental hospital. After being there they reported to me that the psychiatrists were extremely discriminative, they kept trying to pressure my friend into taking a medication even after they said they didn’t consent to it, the staff fatshamed, the staff were promoting extremely abusive practices used in residential hospitals, the staff wouldn’t tell my friends parents why they decided to extend my friends discharge date, the psychiatrists denied ever being discriminative (the staff backed them up), the staff wouldn’t take anybody’s triggers seriously

I’m sharing this review not with the intention of “snitching” or “griping” but with the intention of protecting anyone who may seek help here. Look elsewhere. My little brother was transferred here from the ER after some severely extenuating circumstances. We were told this facility was the best of the best. My family and I feel betrayed by the system. Any questions we posed to the staff went unanswered or ignored/forgotten. Visitation (or in this case, phone call) hours are hectic and near impossible to navigate, but I cannot blame the staff for that. Every time I spoke to my brother

They don’t respect preferred names. It’s always hard to get through on the phone. They say each patient has ten minutes on the phone and when I call and someone is already on the phone they say it will be about 15-20 minutes when I don’t understand if they only get 10 minutes how would I have to call back in 15-20 I do not like the way the staff answers the phone I will be getting information to file a complaint

My 12 year old daughter was 5150 on 9/5 and sent to this facility on 9/6. My daughter has been receiving therapy since the 4th grade, but has not been on medication. I was seeing her struggle more and more with her thoughts and after a lot of encouragement from myself and the therapist, she finally agreed to go on medication. I had already been looking around to find her a psychiatrist prior to this hospitalization; I was trying to prevent this was happening. However, I live in a small town in the Central Valley and either the agencies in my town want to provide both therapy and medication management

I felt like I was on the show scared straight. This place is a nightmare! The hospital sent me here without letting me or my parents know so I had no idea where I even was until I left which was terrifying. They also provided zero psychiatric help, they'd give you your meds and that was it. The staff pretends to be buddy buddy with you until you want something or ask a question and then they threaten you. Hardly any access to the phone and will be repeatedly denied. I had to beg all day for one phone call which was humiliating! I couldn't shower because all we had was a thin shower curtain and

I would like to rate this facility highly, unfortunately I cannot. They violated my and other patients rights on multiple occasions to begin with, such as giving patients with anaphylactic allergies their allergens knowingly multiple times, doing the same to someone with a vegan diet, and had difficulty meeting my kosher diet standards, the only diet that met my standards kosher wise that I was able to keep resulted in my blood pressure dropping to dangerous levels and I nearly collapsed, and would have if it weren't for staff. They also refused to honor my request from a transfer even though it

This is the most horrible place. If I could give it one million negative stars, I would. I have no idea how they run this place with so many incompetent people. A person close to me was here. Everyday we tried to get updates on her and this place would not tell us anything. They wouldn’t return calls and they wouldn’t contact another facility which we were trying to transfer her to. This is the type of place that holds people no matter what the true diagnosis is because they just want more insurance money. Totally shady and questionable. Victoria Watson and Ivory Briggs are absolutely terrible
