Those people at the front desk need to be retrain, they don’t even understand english very well , they work there because they can help spanish and vietnamese speaking people only. They don’t care about the patients and they don’t even consider helping you. The doctor did a great job. If you call for an appointment forget about it. take them forever to answer your call, most of the time phone just disconnected.

Unsatisfactory customer service. I came to pick up a doctor's note for work. We told them I would be there just before they closed at 5:30. They closed their doors at 5:25. One of the staff told me I didn't make it on time and spoke to me like I was stupid. She didn't even ask why I was there or if I was in an emergency. I didn't just show up randomly. Very disappointed

The only reason they get any stats at all is because nurse practitioner Cowen is great at her job. Other than that this clinic treats you like you don't matter. If you call expect a 30 min hold and a week or 2 for a nurse to call back. Also know it will be a month before you can get in to see a decent provider. This place is criminal.

Horrible customer service. Both my girls had their new patient appointments and we are new to California. Had to call to get the address to make sure we were heading in the right direction. The lady that answered told me she wasn't even sure they were open for appointments. I told her they had 8am appointments that were confirmed on Friday. She said "well I don't know what's wrong with the office. " we are going to find a new primary care.

I was a patient there for about 4 years, for general medical and mental health. I saw a few different providers for each, and I always had positive experiences and was confident in their competency. Staff is fine to great, given the universe of my health care experiences (I'm 65).

This clinic have the worst customer service ever , most of there front desk speaking not nicely, when they asking your information they asked as on order , without saying please. When you asking her to speak nicely they transferred you to different one . And may hang up on you . That happened to me twice .

It took a month for my wisdom tooth extraction heal and I had more pain in other teeth that was so bad that I couldn't even feel the pain at the extraction site. Here we are a month later when this morning I woke up with something protruding from it. I thought maybe food found its way there and went to remove it. It was a little piece of chipped off decaying tooth that was left behind when the dentist sent me home. You can't pay me enough to even consider going back to that place for dental work.

The dental here is amazing! I love the staff and the work they do has been pristine. They even fixed work that other places messed up horribly.

The medical side of the clinic wasn’t my favorite though. My doctor doesn’t seem to care about anything and is quick to get people out of his office. He laughed at me when I told him the issues I’ve been having. Said I was too young to have the problems I have. So when I find out from another doctor that something serious is going on, I’ll make sure to bring it back to him and sue for not helping diagnose sooner if something goes wrong.

This place is a joke. I tried many times to contact them about getting my prescription for EpiPen called into the clinic and could not get anything accomplished. Four days I tried to get anything taken care of. And when I did call and talk to somebody they always put me on hold and disconnected my call. I even called and talk to the administrator and when I let them know of the situation I somehow got disconnected from them to. I wasn’t asking for any kind of drugs or narcotics just EpiPen. Got stung by a bee and almost died. If you value your time and your medical well-being do not go to that

I had an amazing experience here. Dr. Juska was beyond helpful and so knowledgeable. He is very nice and very thorough. I highly recommend him. He saw my 6 year old and made him feel so comfortable. His dental assistant Caroline was exceptional and super sweet. The check out lady was also super helpful. Thank you all for such a great experience! The receptionist needs a little work.
