I have taken both of my vehicles here for emissions testing, quick and easy.
Had a tire blow out on the highway and had our SUV towed and dropped off at Western tire. Terry is very easy to work with, have him the tire info over the phone and he had a tire the next morning and had me back on the road by lunch.
A huge thank you to Terry and the rest of the western tire employees. They all have been helpful and honest.

By far, the easiest and timely place to go for your emissions check. All members of the staff have always been nice, helpful, and follow through on their wait time estimates. Also conveniently located next to the grocery store for easy multitasking with grocery shopping.

At the end of the month on a Friday I needed an emissions test. Every shop in a twenty mile radius was booked full, but Western got me in and taken care of. Everytime I call to make an appointment they are able to accommodate me. Very highly recommend.

Our older Buick was having a problem with it's air-ride suspension. We took it to Western Tire & Auto of St. Peters to have it repaired. After examining the suspension, they discovered that the real problem was that the rear coil springs were weak. They replaced them; now the car rides like new! I have used Western Tire before and will continue to use them in the future.

Expressed humming noise while stearing and had been for a while, got an estimate from them and a previous mechanic, so the issue was clear; a power steering pump. So when I had my son pick up the car because I was out of town, the humming sound was still present. I took it back up there and Terry said, said, "Drive it around and it should go away". This was March 20th, 2021. The humming is still, profound and they did over $2300.00 worth of work, this time, but no steering pump. Like they were suppose to do. Instead they did a rack and pin? I didn't have a leak, when I turned the wheel you saw

I've used Western auto and tire many times, including an engine replacement. I've never been disappointed. I tried a closer shop recently for convenience. When I finally got my car back, it wasn't right. I went back to Western auto. They showed me the problem immediately, ordered the part (lower control arm assembly) and after 3 hours work my car drives perfect. Thanks Guys.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. The previous place I took it told me I needed new brakes and I never had them replaced. When I asked Western about my brakes I was told that they were fine. There is a cost for tire rotation and I was told my best tires were where they needed to be. I appreciate their honesty so much. This was my first time here for service and because of their honesty, this will now be my place. Great job guys!

I am torn on reviewing here. I came in with a minor emergency; needing a tire repair/replacement as fast as it could be done. The staff was very nice and got me in right away. They worked as fast as logistically possible to get me back on the road. I will definitely be back if I need any maintenance done. My only issue with them is that they damaged my car with their lift. They were very honest and showed me the damage. I am waiting to hear from them or the body shop they are setting up to fix the damage. They are honest and nice people. They worked very quickly with a great competitive price in
