You guys!!!! I originally had my vehicle towed to a Ford dealership not far from me to be told it would be mid January before they could even look at it. So, I had it re-towed to Quality Auto STL and they looked at it, got the part and fixed it in the SAME DAY!!!

We have used quality auto STL in the past and had excellent results. I made the mistake of going to a dealer for a required maintenance item. They were going to charge me over $3000. I immediately called Dave and he took care of it for about 1/3 of the price. It was done in a day. I am a home health worker and have to have a dependable car. He is honest and very reasonable

My check engine light came on so I brought my car into David’s shop. He charged me $850 to get the check engine light off and I was fine with that. After I picked up the car the check engine came back on not even 24 hours later. So I called David and he said he would look at it and see why. After he looked at it he called me and told me to get the check engine light off it will be another $800 just for a alternator. I’m upset because I would’ve never paid him the first time. He says trusted services with no surprises but that’s definitely a surprise. The car I was trying to get fixed wasn’t

Let me just say... I drive from South City to his location (which isn’t close) because I trust him. He works with integrity (which is hard to find in a mechanic), he is very professional and his pricing is great.
He has done several things for our vehicles. He has gotten us in fast and gotten it done and back on the road in no time. His pricing is always reasonable. I recommend him with the highest regard.

Horrible! Multiple damage was done to my car, he tried to cover it up by gluing the broken parts of my dashboard and didn't tell me that he broke anything, I had to ask what happened before he even acknowledged and explained that he broke my dashboard in multiple places. My glove compartment is also broken, and a part was left off of my car! And my heat still doesn't work correctly! Yet I paid $466 to get my heat fixed. They overcharge and once you're in the shop he claims other things are wrong and the price continues to rise. If you say no, then he still charges for diagnostics and the original

I needed a vehicle emission test done for my license renewal. I brought my car to Quality Auto and they had me in and out in just a few minutes. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. David did a great job working on our van. We had taken it to the dealer for an oil change and they came back with over $4000 of work that needed to be done. We were referred to Quality Automotive and they fixed what needed to be done for a third of the price and told us a couple things that didn't even need to be done. I highly recommend them!

I was referred to Dave by a friend that is into cars. So I felt confident in Dave working on my truck and he lived up to my expectations. This is my second time bring my 2004 Chevy Tahoe to Dave to work on. The first time he replaced all my brake lines, and this time he changed out my front right wheel hub. He took the time to answered all my questions and each time was able to complete both things quickly. I will surely be back the next time I have a mechanical car problem. Hopefully that's no time soon, but if so I know Dave will fix it right so I can get back on the road.
