I have brought 2 motorcycles to Mototire on 2 separate times because I needed new tires for a Suzuki 650 Vstrom & Honda ST1300.
I called the day before to bring my Honda ST1300 and Corrie stated I could bring it the next day at 9 am, which was great.
Corrie replaced the front and rear tires. Also, he noticed that the rear brake pads were worn out so I told him to go ahead and replace them. I thought I had checked the rear brake pads, however, I was mistaken and they were worn out. I had replaced the front brake pads myself a month before.
Corrie did an excellent job replacing

I told him upfront what kind of bike I had and what I was bringing in, wasn't friendly when I got there, kept getting pissed off at the bike when something wouldn't work out in his favor, over priced the install and install brakes and put the wrong pads on. I would highly not recommend! They work on metric bikes only!

Stopped in there today and inquired about some scooter tire prices etc...talked to a guy with gray mohawk type hair....priced me some Pirellis (instock for $44,)and then I asked for a price for the Michelins I really wanted but said I needed to order them from the warehouse to do so soon because there were only 6 left at the warehouse. He said no charge to install if I brought the wheels in or it would be $140 labor to install 2 SCOOTER TIRES!!???!!?? I said I would definetly bring them (which I wont because thats insane prices). Guess he wont see this woman coming. THEN after that he said if I

The Good: I got what I paid for. Real easy process, drop off and pick up.
The bad: Got fees removed for buying tires from them. Got slapped with a shady $19.99 credit card fee?!
I had to have the tires ordered so they would be there when I got there with the bike, and I had to pay for them to be ordered. How else would they have been paid for, if not with a card?! No mention of this on the phone or before paying for the labor portion, just on the receipt afterwards.
Mention it to the guy working, and he's giving me some sob story about cards costing too much to accept. Apologizing and blaming
