I was very frustrated with having purchased new Samsung appliances and it had just been over one year when they stopped working properly. I needed a 2nd opinion/technician. The manager of RJ APPLIANCE REPAIR, Mr. Rodney, was polite, professional and answered all of my questions. Previous technicians had been out to my home and I was dissatisfied with their services. I met Mr. Rodney and he exceeded all of my expectations. RJ repaired my dryer a year and a half ago and it worked great until my boyfriend tried to change the heating element that blew last week. RJ came and put the entire thing back together for me. He is very professional (covers his shoes when entering the house) and in touch to notify me of his arrival time. I would recommend him as an honest, hardworking repair person.
