Melody has won numerous awards nationwide, as a competitive bodybuilder, and currently has a dual certification as both a nutritional advisor and an exercise nutrition coach. She has dedicated her life to helping others thrive while achieving their weight loss goals. It started, at a young age, when I began developing a passion for helping others. What, exactly, I was going to do with that passion was interesting because the ideas changed as my life changed. So when it came time for me to decide what I was going to do with my life, I knew that I enjoyed doing hair and make-up, on friends and family, so I enrolled in beauty college.

Before I started my journey with Melody, I would hit the gym everyday and lift heavy with the goal of building muscle and attaining a certain physique. I started with Melody on the macronazi 90 day plan in November she gives the first two weeks of menus and plenty of tips on where to shop, convenience of online shopping as well as how to track. Then she helps you create your own menus, within your macros offers suggestions and helpful tips, it's been so educational, the constant communication and easing into the macro way of life is done very well and not overwhelming at all there is online progress tracking, daily check ins that help tremendously with accountability, She is available to answer any questions. Melody is amazing! She has made this weightloss journey much more do-able and bearable compared to many other times I've tried to lose weight. She is so patient and kind and yet so straight forward and helps you stay accountable. I worked with Melody for three months and lost 35 pounds. For me, there's no way I could of done this without her. What can I say about her! I have to say I struggled with weight loss almost all my yrs. I got married 10 yrs ago and weighed in at 180 lbs. and slowly gained around 33lbs over that time of the10 yrs I have been married.
