I had water leak near water heater in my garage.
We had to break the drywall to repair the leak.
We called Mario to dry the wall and then repair it.
First he was available immediately. He assessed the damage and gave very reasonable estimate.
Once agreed, he started the work very next day.

We had a pressured water leak in a hot water pipe in the wall of our kitchen pantry. After our plumber stopped the leak, he recommended Mario at EZ Dry for the water mitigation & restoration process. Mario was out the next day for the estimate and we hired him immediately. He acted quickly, efficiently, and professionally the entire time, as does his team. There was an extra stress having people in and out of the home due to the COVID pandemic; however, Mario and his team made us comfortable and followed proper protocols.

Mario was extremely helpful with the restoration of my apartment. He was in constant contact with me providing updates to the progress and answering all my questions. This flooding happened after I had already moved cross country and I was able to trust him and his team to work quickly to remedy the situation. In the end my apartment looked a lot better than before the flood and it was due to Mario and his team's great work. The April rains cause multiple leaks in our home and significant damage. Mario immediately made a weekend house call to prevent even further damage (while the rain persisted), and was able to mitigate the water damage, dry and/or replace the drywall, and repaint several rooms all within a few days after the initial call. He's extremely easy to work with and does extremely quality work. I will use EZ Dry for all future home projects and repairs, and highly recommend them.

Where to begin... I had a pressurized leak coming from the T&P Valve of a 40 gallon water heater in the utility closet of one of my rental units. Unfortunately, my tenant didn't notice for about a week and there was water damage in two different rooms that shared a wall with this closet. Not only did I have to switch out the water heater but now I have this huge mess to clean up while running the risk of mold build up... We discovered mold in our closet as a result of a leak in our roof. They came quickly, gave a fair estimate and warned us that we might end up higher than the estimate if things looked worse when they opened up the wall. Mario is a true professional. He is knowledgeable, easy to work with and really goes the extra miles for his clients. My neighbor had left his garden hose on and accidentally flooded his home and his rental and was obviously very stressed. I went to help and called Mario. He responded immediately and showed up to help solve the situation and really put us at ease. He also directed my neighbor on how to deal with his insurance company.
