Omar was awesome. I called from Oregon due to a complaint from a tenant of possible mold in a rental in PB. He answered the phone at 8pm and was super friendly and informative. He went out and inspected the rental the very next day and confirmed there were no mold no issues. He didn't charge me a dime. If I ever do have a mold issue, he'll be the one I call.

Dealing with mold can be stressful. I had 3 mold remediation companies come out and give me a quote. Omar was the first and he set the bar high. He was so patient with us and answered all of our questions thoroughly . He spent almost 2 hours with us upon meeting! What is wonderful about this company is that they are trustworthy. I know nothing about mold and the consequences of having it in my home First and foremost, Mohamad took the time to explain the process from A-Z. Not only his end of the business, but the problem from the perspective of a homeowner/renter. We had a fridge leak and we called Risk Free Serv to check for water damage. Mohammad showed up and inspected the floors and the drywall behind the fridge. He told us that the damage is not extensive and can be taken care of by running a fan for few days. Their price was very reasonable and they were super friendly.

These guys really know their stuff. Mold isn't something you want to mess around with. I have an autoimmune issue that is triggered intensely by mold. I had a leaky roof that caused a damp environment in my ceiling. I had mold growth in my insulation and didn't know it until cutting into the ceiling. Great company and great service. Mohamed is an excellent young man who is very knowledgable and most importantly cares about his work. I have had a series of problems, he not only addressed the issue I hired him for, but answered all my questions for the other issues. I have had a series of bad plumbers/renovation services, and he explained… everything to me slowly and in a manner I can understand, unlike the others who only want to give you the worst case scenario, so you overpay for things you don't need.

I was planning to host a Christmas Party in my house and I have invited everyone on the list and with my last call finished, I heard a crack sound in my kitchen. OMG it was a water pipe got explode inside the wall and it is flooding every where. when I saw that i was almost heart attack for my damage kitchen and for the party which i don't know what to do with it. Risk Free Serv did an amazing job in my house. My washing machine was leaking and a large part of the kitchen was water damaged. They came, inspected everything, and set up their equipment trying to dry as much of the flooring as possible. They helped me deal with my insurance company and pretty much held my hand and walked me through the entire process. They cleaned up after themselves when my sink and part of the wall and flooring had to be ripped out to be replaced. Very professional and easy to work with. Would absolutely recommend.

I called Risk Free Serv to perform a free mold inspection since I was smelling a musty smell in my apartment. They were very friendly over the phone and they scheduled a time for the free estimate same day which was great. They came in and performed a full inspection to check if I had a mold problem. They found the seal around the bathroom sink… broken and it was leaking into the vanity. Since we caught it early only the vanity doors were damaged and they recommended a simple replacement of the door and they didn't charge us anything. Great and honest company I would definitely call them
