Came to stay here on cute little trip with my boyfriend, we originally booked for a room but the management made it even better and moved us to the cabin which was very nice of them too do, the cabin was beautiful and the pricing for both room and cabins were not bad at all! The cabin came with utensils and cookware and the bed was super comfortable. Will definitely recommend this place to a friend and will be coming back again soon! :)

The couple running this business were unbelievably welcoming and helpful. Jason and Carrie did an excellent job of helping us out in a tough situation, and offered nothing but kindness and solutions to our problems. The room itself was very cute and the beds were so very comfortable, Couldn't recommend staying here more :)

I loved this place! It's a cute, older cabin but it was the right vibe for us. We paid extra for firewood and got a nice fire going. Along with the heater, we were kept very cozy all night long. They made sure to check that our TV remotes worked and was very accommodating with finding an outlet for me to charge my car in. The sheets were very clean and I was able to find and contact front desk for any help very easily.

I have stayed here twice and plan to stay more as we are
Looking to move to the area. I have stayed in both cabin and hotel side. Love the sweet cabin but a bit cramp super fun for a romantic night. The hotel side ( not sure what to call it) is more traditional rooms. Lots of room clean and comfortable. Love the fireplace. Shower needs updating along with remote issue with tv but all that is minor. Great mountain escape!

I liked the look of our room and it was overall clean. Room was advertised on website as being level entry, but was not. You could get from parking lot to walkway level, but for our room it was then three steps down...difficult for handicapped. Room has a fireplace which I assumed was gas. It was not. Sign explains to use two gel stereo cans. No matches or lighter in room. We went and got some, came back and tries to light the already open cans and they wouldn't stay lite. The next day we told the office and they said they would bring us two new cans. They never did. The next day we asked housekeeping

Ok place manager and other managetorial help although few they do a decent job of keeping the place suitable and presentable and up to par with the increasingly hard to please public especially during times of the pandemic and are covid aware and conscience ofsanatorial needs o keep one self safe and free off viral spreads

Perfect Crestline location... Walking distance to beautiful Lake Gregory and Goodwin's Market, as well as restaurants and coffee shops.
Keri was wonderful and upgraded my room at check-in. It was lovely with a gorgeous fireplace, meticulously clean and the bed was heavenly comfortable with lots of big, normal pillows ("normal" meaning like those most of us have at home, not those tiny smooshed-flat feather-filled weirdos. Ha!)
A couple of side notes: The people on the mountain are the very best. Kind, helpful and friendly. I grew up with Crestline summer vacations and actually

We stayed at Sleepy Hollow mid-week in late July. We were in one of the hotel rooms. The room was clean, and there were no issues with bedding or towels that others had mentioned. The floor was wood-look vinyl flooring and looked fairly new. A/C worked fine, although was a little noisy. Our room was closest to the street, but traffic noise was not an issue.
One unusual thing - you have to turn the TV on/off manually (same for volume). The remote changes the cable channels.
Easy access to Lake Gregory, restaurants and shops.
We would stay there again.

Very disappointing stay. Bed was lumpy, plunger in sticky sweaty bathroom. Feet dirty after walking around room bare foot. Pool/hot tub not in working condition. No outdoor space to relax. Front desk lady not welcoming seemed like we were bothering her. Shady characters walking around. Someone pounded on our door at 11 pm. Do not recommend this place. Could not wait to leave in morning. Only stayed 1 night. Just keep driving to Big Bear or Arrowhead .

Pros: close to lake 5 minutes walking distance. Close to 7-Eleven, and McDonald's. Cabin style hotel rooms.
Cons: our room give. To us was a non pet friendly room even though we paid for a pet room, and booked this in advance. Couch leg was broken, and staff as aware of it. We came and 4th of July and pool and jacuzzi were both closed.
Tub was not clean, walls were very things, could hear everything. Front desk Carrie seemed overworked and stressed.
Keep looking unless you need a room for the night. Under average rating.

Read the reviews. This place has drastically changed for the worse.
Grounds were not kept up. All the flowers and beauty are gone.
People working on cars in the lot that were not guests. Shady characters everywhere like straight out of the pen at all hours of the day and night.
People who were not guests having access to rooms to party in till 2AM.
TV- broken
cleanliness so so.
Trina had a really beautiful hotel and place to relax without people that look scary running around. It was sold to some people of Indian decent who invested a ton of money making it even better but all gone to the

I love the people here. Its like all of Crestline rolled up into one little place. Excellent team, superior service, clean and quaint rooms, and such a elegant experience! Thanks team, for your hard work and dedication to your company. I am thrilled about this place and I'm just blown away by the superior experience and customer service! I hope the owners of this hotel see this and realize you all need raises so that they keep you working. I don't know what it would be without all of you!
My best to all of you!

Dispute other reviews I have seen this lodging is the best place to be in Creatline by far! Friendly staff a pool and jacuzzi in summer months clean and reasonable rates. Located so close to the lake it only takes 3 minutes to walk there.the store and restraints are even closer. Best place to be hands down.

The front office didn't answer after we rang the bell several times to check in. Then my son knocked on the door to the back room and a lady came out, phone In one hand and McDonald's burger in the other and said to the person on the phone, I gotta go there's people banging on my door and stuff and I'm trying to eat my dinner. Then she hung up and reluctantly came to Check us in, no mask, very brusque. Obviously we were disturbing her!! This morning when we checked out she was there again still with no mask. The furnishings (bed covers, lamp) had stains and the chair was ripped

The parking lots aren't clearly labeled. When we got there, there were people partying and smoking in 2 of the 3 parking lots, even though the website says it's a non smoking property with one smoking area.
Check in was easy enough and the desk person seemed friendly initially. However, once in the room it looked nice. Until we started really looking at everything. The beds weren't clean, cable boxes were dangling off the wall, with outlet covers also loose. The shower plumbing access panel was broken and taped together with shipping tape. It didn't look like it was professionally

I booked a three room "cabin" here last minute on Booking.com to take my GF and her kids skiing. The "Cabin" ended up actually being the second floor apartment above the Managers Office on which NONE of the 3 heaters worked in on a 27 degree night!
After I called down to ask about the heaters, two men came up to the unit and could not get any of the three heaters to work, in which I was supplied with a plug in oil heater. Each time we plugged in the heater, power to the ENTIRE unit AND the managers unit below would be knocked out completely because BOTH units are on ONE electrical
