I offer individual psychotherapy for adults and I have a private practice in Los Altos, CA. I am an interactive therapist who prefers to work collaboratively with clients. I offer clients helpful tools, skills, and perspectives to effectively address their life challengs. Through the course of therapy, clients often gain greater insight into their struggles and enhanced compassion for themselves.
