Having grown up in the cold, dreary north, my dream was to come back to the South to raise my children and find my forever home. My wish came true when my husband was hired to work in Seneca and we moved our family here in 2000. I thought I had moved to Camelot. It seemed like it only rained at night, the sky was so blue and the lakes looked like emeralds!
Wait a few minutes and watch - the water should break up the toilet paper, and the soap should help it slide down the pipe. If the temperature outside is below 35 degrees, the heat pump loses efficiency and may not be able to keep up. Inside will be about 2 degrees below what the thermostat is set on.
Visible exterior areas around the rental property such as decks, stairs, porches, railings and grounds are to be kept free of all items that clutter and detract form the appearance of the property. This includes, but is not limited to: trash, boxes, storage receptacles, trash containers, yard tools, and personal property, etc. Unfortunately we cannot allow trampolines because of the liability to the home owner.
The owner is responsible for direct advertising costs incurred to rent his or her rental property. In most cases it is not necessary to advertise the property beyond yard signs and our dynamic website. Owner's checks are mailed out on the 15th of each month and direct deposit is scheduled on that day.

The home we rented was beautifully equipped, very clean, and was more beautiful than anticipated. The Cope team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I had nothing but a positive experience with Cope Property Rentals! I reserved online and called to double check some fine details and both people I spoke with were nothing but friendly and helpful. We were allowed an early check-in which was fantastic traveling 10 hrs with two babies and a dog. The house was very clean (HUGE positive), well equipped and had new comfy furniture. We were totally comfortable! Our family had a great time visiting the state parks in the area (Which are also AWESOME if you love water sports) Thank you!

Cope property management was a real pleasure to work with. I was on an out if town project for work and needed a short term lease to stay in while out of town. They made the process seamless and they were very transparent on how everything will be handled. They did an excellent job of working with the owner of the property and working with me since I was a special case of not being a full year lease. If you follow their contract guide lines and give them a 30 day notice when ready to leave you'll have no issues. It was very simple process leaving the property and getting my deposit back. Advise

I had a great experience with Cope. I rented with them for almost 2 years before buying a house of my own. They were great about working with me to find a new renters for my place when I needed to get out of my lease early and they returned my deposit promptly after I moved out. I would definitely recommend renting with them!

Renting from Cope would be a mistake. They are rude and will take advantage of tenants to line their pockets with your money. They do not follow through on agreements and they blame tenants. The place I rented was not in great condition when I moved in (and very dirty) and despite the property manager and I discussing it, I was blamed for the condition of the unit a year later. If you do make the mistake of renting, document EVERYTHING. From scratches on walls, to items on the property which are not yours, to bugs left in the light sconces.
