Growing up, Mike spends his earlier years working on old cars with his dad in the neighborhoods of Clevland, Ohio. Long summer days gave root to a passion that would span the course of almost fifty years. They're more than just cars, not simply machines that transport us from here to there; cars are a way of life.
We do all jobs, big or small, by appointment only. We do our best to accommodate emergencies as best we can, but we urge you to make an appointment if you feel your vehicle may need a check. We have the best diagnosis techs in town; let us get to the bottom of what's going on with your car. Every one of our tech-mechanics at all three locations is ASE certified, and many are ASE Master Technicians.
A freindly reminder that Mechancis Pride has three locations in the local Spokane, Wa area. We reccomend those of you who live in the Coeur d'Alene. ID area to visit our Spokane Valley location. Our battery light came on and we pulled into the nearest car Dr. , Les Schwab. It would be about an hour to an hour and a half wait to be seen. So I Googled nearest place to see how long (Mechanics Pride) and he said, "as long as it takes me to see what's wrong, maybe a couple of minutes". Yall, this place is amazing! They have tons of cars to attend to yet slipped us in immediately. They ended up having to stay AN HOUR after close because Napa delivered the wrong part initially and we were pretty much stranded without our car. They go above and beyond. We are so thankful! Definitely recommend

Very bad experience.
Here is what happened.
My car broke down, and I had to get it towed and dropped off at mechanic's pride. I understand they were backed up but Tony was too aggressive to me on the phone saying :" I HAVE 40 CARS TO WORK ON, YOU GOTTA GIVE ME TIME OR COME TOW YOUR CAR"!!
He eventually got back to me saying it's The Starter and IT'S GONNA COST $600 TO FIX!!! . He was trying to charge me 2.5 hrs for labor !! Which I considered blackmailing and taking advantage of me.
I asked other mechanics and they all said it's only an hour for the labor to replace starter.
This is my last

I have been going to Mechanics Pride for many years. I have always had the best service on anything they have done to my vehicle. Tony at the South Hill store has always gone out of his way to explain what is needed and done on my auto. Tony is my go to guy anytime I need something done on my car. He is so knowledgeable and professional.
I would recommend Tony and Mechanics Pride to anyone as I will never take my vehicle anyplace else.

I have been going to Mechanic's Pride for almost five years. Every time Tony has been so awesome at getting my car in and out the same morning I call for an appointment. Tony tells me the honest trust about what my car needs, which isn't much since its a 2013 Toyota Corolla with under 50,000 miles on it. I get my routine oil changes there, and a mount and balance for my snow tires in the winter time. I get my fluids topped off every time I get an oil change.
A couple months ago I decided to take my car into Spokane Quick Lube down the road, I didn't have enough time this time to go to Mechanic
