Dale and Cloyce Preedy, along with Emmett Wright, started Preedy's Tires in 1964 just a couple blocks away from our current location. It wasn't long before the boys realized there was a need for a new kind of tire and auto repair facility in Spokane, and the concept of a customer driven repair center was born.

While it's true that most newer cars don't require the kind of tune up we did a generation ago, all vehicles require some routine maintenance to perform at their peak.

Kelly and Chris were phenomenal and really helped us out when we were in a pinch, traveling through town on a long road trip and had some issues come up we needed to get looked at. All the shops in town were super busy including theirs, and after calling around to try and find a place to take us, they decided to squeeze us in and take a peek and make sure all was well. So thankful they did as there was immediate work to be done and they quickly replaced the wheel bearings that were worn out. They also gave us an oil change and made sure we were safe to hit the road again! Can’t thank them enough

Wonderful mechanics at this shop who get things done fast and well.
They were highly recommended to me by several people, so when I needed a u joint and other major services on a Ford van I just bought, I went to preedy's. They were very honest and throughly checked for all issues casing the problems I was having. But charged less than a lot of other places because of thier efficiency :)

Frankly, these guys deserve a 7 star review. I could give a long list of reasons “why” but instead I’ll say this... think of every frustration you’ve ever had working with other automotive shops. Now think of the very opposite experience. That’s Preedy’s in a nutshell. And to top off the list with one defining attribute; Integrity. Don’t waste your money and time anywhere else, go to Preedy’s.

Preedys is a wonderful shop who really respects their customers. I have used them for a number of repairs over the last 5 years and they are always very respectful and efficient. They don't recommend unnecessary fixes and try to make sure I'm not having work performed that isn't necessary. I have recommended them to a number of friends and family.

Great service for a fair price. The employees at Preedy's were all very nice & informative. They were so busy but still took the time to answer any questions & even sent out a Thank You card for our business. These people are the best I have experienced. They are knowledgeable, they listen, and they have answers to your questions. The prices are the best in Spokane for winter tires. When I ran into a problem with a leaking tire, they quickly pulled the tire and found a bad weld on the rim. As I was going to be without a car for at least a day, they drove me across town to a car rental. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere for tires or problems with my tires.

Moved to Spokane in September and began bringing my car here on a friend's recommendation. Always receive excellent customer service from Mel, with thorough explanations of what is wrong, options of what can be/needs to be done, and fair pricing. I appreciate not being treated like a "dumb girl" any time I am at an auto shop. Will be a customer as long as I'm in Spokane.

It is hard to be the service at Preedy's. Not only do they care about our cars - but we really feel like the care about our family's safety too. They always look for the best option for us and explain exactly what they are suggesting before any work is done.
Our friends and family have learned to bring any potential new cars/trucks to this team before purchasing to get the look over before buying. This has saved us quite a bit over the years - and yes there was that one time I did not bring one in and boy that was an expensive mistake!

I came here after having a negative experience at a competitor's where they basically decided they didn't want my money and treated me poorly. Complete opposite situation at Preedy's- fast, great customer service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I won't go to anyplace else in Spokane after my great experience at Preedy's.

I can't explain how great these guys are.
i had wheel/tires sent to them to install on my g37.
i was treated with welcome and enthusiasm by front desk and mechanics. they answered all my questions and educated me on my install.
additionally, i was expecting a huge $100+ bill - but they let me know i did not need the extras i was looking for (wheel locks + nitrogen tires) billing me around $46.
the guys there overheard that i was to take a long road trip and recommended i come back to have my tires torqued again free for good measure.
thank you, preedy brothers, ur staff is amazing
