These movers were professional and very communicative, until after the moving day. After they left, I discovered a 2 foot gouge across the front of my new fridge, and several holes on a cabinet, and my hot tub was so severely jostled/slammed that all the interior front trusses broke off inside the hot tub. The team conveniently left the fridge pulled up to a cabinet so I wouldn't see the gouge until pushing it back into place (after they left), left the cabinet on-end with the holes on the ground which I didn't see until I flipped it to the correct orientation, and dinged up my stairwell and doorframes

Excellent experience with Bob and his team. Received an estimate to empty a UPack stored in Spokane and move the items to a condo in CDA. The price was reasonable and the movers took great care with our items. Communication was excellent the entire time. They had the insurance needed to unload at our condo (Riverstone) which was a plus as well. They were efficient, picking up, loading and unloading within a 4 hour time frame. I recommend them highly and appreciated working with Bob as well.

CDA Movers were late for agreed upon time. They went to the drop off location first, which was a hour away. I called the office to determine what the issue was and they did not seem concerned and were not able to communicate with the drivers, however the truck did finally arrive and pick up our 2 over sized items several hours later. They delivered the items to the agreed upon destination. They ended up charging us way over the quoted price. Upon calling the office the next day to discuss the over charge I was basically blown off and told it was based on clock in/clock out times. They were to get

If I could give them zero stars I would. I had setup an appointment to move a month in advance and when I called to check up on the appointment they had taken down the wrong date and time which made no sense at all for my move. They then told me that they would not be able to accommodate my move despite taking down the wrong date and time. I had it recorded on my phone and in my notes when I setup the appointment. Luckily I was able to find another mover that could help as this really put me in a bind. They need much better recording and time management skills! Do not count on them!

I had never hired a moving company before and wasn't sure if it was worth it. After I hired CDA Movers I was so happy I did! The 2 guys were so fast, they moved everything in 1/4 of the amount of time it usually takes us to do it ourselves. Jillian, the owner, is really great and helps you with any questions. I can't recommend them enough! Worth every penny!

We hired CDA Moving to move out our two storage units into our new home. Ian and Ryan showed up and they did an _amazing_ job. They're quick, careful and thorough. On top of that they have fantastic attitudes. They went above and beyond my expectations. If we ever move again they're the only guys I want to work with and if you've got a move coming up I _highly_ recommend them. Be sure to book well in advance because their schedules fill up quickly.

I just used them to move from PF up to Rathdrum and they were phenomenal. I would highly recommend them a thousand times over. The owner, who is one of the movers, was super friendly, courteous, and helpful. They had a great attitude the whole time even when it came time to move the safe. I've moved a dozen times in the past decade of Army life and this move with CDA movers was the best.
