Services
We provide effective, research-based treatments for these common, painful, difficult problems. We provide training and help with parenting challenges that can come with family changes, "phases, " or strong-willed children. Building a strong marriage and family is one of the hardest jobs in life. We provide therapy to help resolve conflict, increase communication, and bring families closer.
We are accepting new clients for Telehealth services for anyone residing in Ohio. Please call our office to set up your initial session. If no one answers, please leave a message and we will call you as soon as possible. New Life Counseling conducts therapy sessions via Telehealth through the Clocktree platform.
Research shows that people who use telehealth mental health services have similar or sometimes better outcomes than those who receive traditional face-to-face services and often appreciate the convenience. There is typically an adjustment, and we want to guide you through that adjustment with specific guidance and direction.
You will initially receive an email inviting you to connect with Clocktree as a client. Complete the client account screen with your basic information, and then you will be linked with the Clocktree platform. In your email or in your registration, you will also see the option to be notified of appointments by email or by text.
We are required by law to provide you with informed consent, which we will do through the review and signature of an informed consent form. The form is attached to this email. Please review it and return it with your signature, as we HAVE to have this before your appointment.

The only reason I gave 3 stars is the fact that one of their counselors is absolutely amazing. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone that expects to be treated with respect. The office managers are rude and condescending and should not be working in the "helping" field. I would look elsewhere unless you enjoy being belittled in front of other staff members and anyone else that may be there to get guidance.
