I met Andrew and Melissa from Vertical Rail many years ago when I first started up my "online" business; their professionalism, attention to detail, listening skills, making you feel like "family" approach was a breath of fresh air. I have been super satisfied with their work, and how they have always been there for me. When I realized that they also are able to create videos I had them make a video for another part of my business, I was blown away by the quality, attention to details. I originally met the team from Vertical Rail several years back when they did a remarkable job of building my e-commerce website. Recently I discovered that they have the capacity to create videos for online marketing. I met with the team and they shared several sample videos with me as well of their philosophy behind making a successful video to include real people, original music, and authentic viewpoints. I had had a website set up for my start up business and was using a company to handle my online marketing and I just wasn't getting any sales, which is suicide for a new business. Rebuilding a website from the ground up is a very scary proposition. Vertical Rail managed this process for the Cabrillo Festival with grace, expert knowledge, and impeccable integrity. All through the project's duration their team (Andrew, Melissa, Lynette, George) was responsive, thorough, thoughtful, gentle, informative and efficient... there are not enough positive adjectives in the book to fully describe how happy we were with both the process and the final product. They took our outdated, bulky content, helped us streamline it for the mobile age, and handed us back a site that is not
