I can not review their actual service, because I didn't get that far. I made an appointment online through their website. I received a confirmation email stating that someone would reach out to me shortly to confirm my appointment. No one called, so I called the number referenced in the email. The young lady, who was very polite, told me that the "appointment feature" isn't really an appointment, but just a request for services. The website just sends out confirmation notices, but the requests don't come through to their office. Even if it were just a request for services, then where do those requests

When i started going to them i thought they were great. but then i was put on a medication that made my hair fall out and when i scheduled an appointment to get switched off that medication, the doctor never called. i called them to find out what happened, to discover apparently something happened with my insurance and they didn't get paid. i contacted my insurance, they said they made a mistake, and i reached back out to compass to let them know it'd be fixed but in the mean time could i find out if i could stop the medication without any averse affects until the issue was resolved and i could

Great doctors, staff not so much. When you are dealing with patients with mental illness, there's a certain way to handle them. I was quoted the price for the office visit and I asked them to recheck. Days later went to my office visit quoted the same price. 2 weeks later I receive a call telling me I owe another $250. Huh?
The visit thru my insurance was $260.23, I pd $50. I never received my medication because staff never did the PA. They claim they never received anything. I called 2 days after my appointment and was told to come get samples.
