Doctor here wants phone meetings because of covid so his staff doesn't get sick but only gives you a 14 day prescription instead of 30 days like any other psychiatrist so you have to jeopardize your health by going to pick up your prescription twice as much which is rediculous.

I've been going to this Clinic for 3yrs, yes sometimes you had to wait a little bit to get in to see your Dr, but if patients aren't late that would not happen! Since Covid has dropped down on us I think the clinic has done a great job with the video appt. I just had an issue with my Medication and Vanessa messaged my dr and told me she would call me as soon as it was sent over and she did and I appreciate that. Recently I started Therapy with a Therapist I really like.

I’ve been going to this clinic for close to 3 years now. I love the staff here. The Dr.’s are some of the best and genuinely nicest I’ve ever had. My life has only improved, since the day I started this clinic. I would and have recommended this place.

Zero stars if that was an option. I called to schedule an appointment to get some mental health treatment and some lady answered. She was extremely rude and did not want to help me. I wanted to verify that the clinic took my insurance before I had an initial intake. I think her name was Ariana or Andrea. She told me she was extremely busy and placed me on hold. She told me she couldn’t verify my insurance and did not have a way to do that. I asked her if there was someone there that could help me. I went in for a first visit and before even seeing a doctor I'd resolved that I would never return. The lobby is cramped and was full of belligerent and disrespectful people from all walks of life. the receptionists were kind, but had no control over the lobby - the whole feel was simply trashy and unbecoming of a medical facility. Really sorry to have wasted their time and mine - If you aren't dictated to see a doctor at this clinic, don't. Go somewhere else.

It was like magic. My PTSD was handled with care. Unlike some others in the medical field, they listen and make sure they just don't experiment. Very professional and comfortable environment.

My son has been a patient at this clinic, seeing Dr Anyake for over one year. To date my son has ONLY been prescribed medications!! When he calls the office in need of help, his calls are not returned, adding to his anxiety and stress!! I’ve also called the office, as there is a signed medical release by my son when I visited the clinic this past April. They do not have the decency to return a call to a mother who is 2000 miles away and concerned about her son’s well being!

The new staff in the front are very rude i called and they hang up and said its very busy because of the holiday....they know i dont live in town and Dr.anyanke is the best Dr!! ive being to and i wanna stay with him but as for the two ladys doing the. Front desk stuff and taken care of sending our scripts to the pharmacys say that i have enough and i didnt and they hung up and said they would send it when its time and hear i am 18 days over smh some desk assistance's dont know how that work is because the last workers like krysti for instance is the best she went above and beyond for us.but these

Best Staff that go above and beyond. I say this on behalf of friends and family that I have referred there. Dr. Anyake is a joy to see and between him and his staff, they always find time for their patients.
