I really appreciate how diligent they have been. I needed a lot of work done on a boat that had been neglected for some time. Jim came out to our site and looked at the boat. He determined that he needed it in the shop, he worked with the folks on site to get it in the water, get it on a trailer and bring it in. They called with a VERY detailed quote and he called whenever he identified a new problem (or "opportunity" as he likes to say). He told me what it would take to fix and asked if I wanted him to do it. When I showed up to pick up they had every part that they had replaced laid out to show
