JET SKI'S : Dawson Marine Service has the skills, and software to trouble shoot and repair your jet ski. We service PWC for Yamaha waverunners, Sea-Doo, and Kawasaki. Two stroke or four stroke we will find the problem and fix it fast. For newer Jet Ski's you will need a dealer level Diagnostic took to find the problem.

I don’t have much good to say except they use quality OEM parts. After a 100 hr service, I found rusted out clamps, salt corrosion, and every thing external corroded or rusted with no lubrication. Even steering needed fluid. Additionally, start to finish they were only on my dock 2.25 hrs but billed 5. YF150XA 100 hrs for $200 more than dealer and no lubrication, just a fresh water hose down.
Add on to this a quote for installing a plotter/ducer for 4hrs/$500+ in labor and again flat fee. I had it done for 1/2 cost and time. They got the first 900+ out of me and I accept responsibility, but

I called to schedule an adjustment to my SeaStar steering system. The shop way too busy to get to me quickly but the owner took time to walk me through the process of making the adjustments myself.I was very impressed with his willingness to spend time on a problem that would bring in no revenue - very unusual in my experience. He will definitely have my business for any future work.

We sure were glad to find John and Cole Dawson when our Honda outboard failed while were were on vacation in Key Largo. John was super helpful over the phone and made time in his busy schedule to come out and take a look to try to help keep our hopes alive for the trip. He gave great, honest advice and they seemed like all-around good guys.

Had a failure of my Sea Star Hydraulic Steering System so I contacted Dawson Marine. They answered the phone and helped me to diagnose the probable failure, walked me through how to do the diagnostics myself and helped to to at least temporarily restore my steering right away. I'm pretty sure I have a leaky seal in the RAM which I will definitely hire Dawson to service and do the repair. Awesome, Knowledgable and Professional all remaining very concerned about not running up your tab.

Dawson Marine services is great to deal with. They quickly diagnosed the problem ordered parts for the steering system on my Boston Whaler shortly after my call. Not only were they knowledgeable, but they also kept me informed and updated during the repair process. Their prompt service and helpful advice allowed us to enjoy our boat during our short vacation to the Keys. They are the best marine service company that have used in a long time.
