At Unique Marine, we offer a full-service parts department on site with a complete line of engine, accessories and boat components for your new or used boat. Regardless of make or model, we can get most anything for your boat or boating needs. Most ordered parts will be received within 48 hours. Call in and order ahead of time or stop in to speak to one of our parts pro's to insure you get the right part the first time!

From day 1 when I purchased my boat from Unique they have been fantastic to deal with. Melissa in service went far and above to make sure everything I asked for was done before delivery. I recently purchased a boat from Unique Marine. The sales staff was very helpful and responsive. The service staff helped me with the things that were not already on the boat in a very timely manner. My wife and I drove several hours to view an in stock boat they had on their lot based on phone conversations with Tracy. She was fabulous to work with through the whole process. Honest, informative, candid, steered me in the right direction! I spoke with Steve in sales. Ready to buy a new in-demand boat and was willing to drive a couple hundred miles to Unique Marine to buy one out of their inventory. Steve said it would make more sense for me to buy with a dealer closer to home for delivery, service and support. Even though he knew I wouldn't be a customer he spent considerable time on the phone answering all my questions and referring me to a local dealer. That's professionalism and integrity in my book.

I recently finalized a purchase of a used boat with this company. Randy Segal was my direct salesperson. It was the first boat I have ever purchased, so I was a bit worried about having a smooth deal. Randy was always responsive and had my trust in no time. He answered all questions directly. I did a sea trial of the boat down near them and they even delivered the boat up to me in Broward County and again showed me the basics of trailering the boat and dropping it off into the water. Avoid this place even if you're desperate. In the heart of summer both of my motors needed repairs. Every Yamaha service center in town had at least a 1 month wait list, besides unique marine, which I now know why. In desperation I took my boat into unique marine after multiple people around town told me to avoid this place. They tried to charge me with parts and labor to fix an issue that was covered under warranty even though I was 150% aware that it was covered and so where they. Long story short, I pulled my boat from their service center, didn't pay them a dime, which they agreed

I've seen many negative reviews about this place but I can tell you from my own personal experience that it's all false. I bought my brand new Robalo Cayman 206 from Unique Marine and they couldn't have been more polite, professional and helpful. Randy and Chad did everything possible to help me get the boat I wanted and made it work within my budget. They made sure I was comfortable and made the process very easy and painless. When the boat was being delivered Nick was great and showed me every detail on how to use all the features on the boat and how to maintain everything. When

My husband and I just drove up here from Big Pine Key. The nicest sales guy was showing us boats and took us to the size boat we wanted to see. As soon as we got there, a hateful female employee came striding up and shamed him in front of us! She sharply called his name, shook her head No! And said "We don't allow customers back here!" We were all embarrassed! Unique Marine! Get rid of that chick! She is bad karma! A total turn off!
The proper way to handle this situation was she should have taken her new employee to the side after we left and told him discreetly not to take customers
