Attended my nieces wedding here this past weekend. The wedding was beautiful in spite of the poor customer service provided by the venue. The wedding/event coordinator lacks customer service skills & is rude & unprofessional. There were many details overlooked & for the price, more should have been offered & attended to. There is nowhere for the caterers to set up, there is no music system, there’s no organization or planning provided during the event. They offer a space & nothing more. And this was not how the venue was represented in the planning phase. There was a lot promised up front, very
