The last stop in the Houston Indian motorcycle dealer t-shirt quest. No luck so far. Another multi-line dealership. Walked in and found the Indian area. A surprisingly large area, with decent supplies of bikes, accessories and clothing. But no destination t-shirts. Oh, well. Looked around a little more. Since no one had take an interest in us, out we went. A few seconds behind us was a manager. He caught up and asked if we had been assisted by anyone or if there were questions he could answer. He apologies profusely blaming staffing issues on illnesses - understood. I said no, it didn't matter

The service department is horrible. Incredibly slow with any normal maintenance. Also they never call back. It's like no one is ever at the service desk or always on break. Brought in a ranger to get lifted, the lift kit was $150 and the labor was $550. Should've done it myself. They ordered the parts without calling and only lifted it one inch. It looks pretty much the same. If you have to go here and have no other option, call constantly and explain it like you would to a five year old.

Ordering parts here is a good experience. They can order you what you need and will match prices. The problem that I have always experienced here are the service representatives. They try to just put you off instead of actually checking to see if someone is working on your vehicle. They tend to sit around and talk a lot and just tell you that someone is working on your vehicle when they actually haven't even started on it. The service work that they do is adequate, but the customer service desk is really bad. I wouldn't recommend having your vehicle serviced there. It's ok to buy your vehicle there

I tried to buy a motorcycle and a dirt bike from here. Was handed a price way higher than previously quoted. Supposedly they made a “mistake” on the set up and dealer fees. I feel like they knew what the correct price was, as they sell motorcycles all the time, and just tried to rip me off. Also, they said my credit score was 25 points lower than the letter I just received from the Mancuso Corporation. I feel like they were being dishonest and I will not return. Sorry to the salesperson that was really nice and helpful bc the managers are hindering him.

All services are at least 2 labor hours. 130/hour. I once did oil change myself and I have never done oil change before in my life. It takes me around 35 min including watching couple 1x min YouTube tutorials. Not really understand why professional mechanic needs couple hours on just oil change. From now on, I will have to learn doing everything myself.

This dealer told me they had a specific 2021 dual sport dirt bike in stock on the phone. I called back shortly after to confirm that exact model of bike was in stock at their location and they said yes so I told them I was ready to buy the bike a bunch of accessories and was heading there now. I get there an hour later and a different sales rep greets me at the door and I ask to buy the bike I was promised was in stock and he said it was not in stock, never was. Sales guy at the door was friendly and apologized. I was really upset about having to fight traffic for almost an hour to get there so

So i went into this store yesterday to buy an Indian ftr 1200. I was a guaranteed sale. Not one person said anything to me. After hanging out for about 15 min looking at the bikes i decided to leave. If anyone knows of an Indian dealership that wants to sell motorcycles in the Houston area let me know.

Here I am again with another review, THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! I bought a Ducati and was told by the sales guy I'd be able to use my warranty regardless of the whether I reached the mileage markers or not even though I explained to the sales guy I don't ride much and that's why I bought 6 the services. Even the service writer communicated the same thing, come to find out they lied. TM won't honor the maintenance I paid for unless I put 15K miles on the bike. Straight out of the service manager and Allan the GM's mouth.....ride the bike more. TM won't work with you

Tanya was great. She communicates any and all questions and problems and was highly responsive while my bike was getting serviced. She put me completely at ease.

I really keep trying to like these guys and they keep giving me reason after reason not to.
After buying my brand new bike from them, it got a nail in the tire in less than 3,000 miles. They tried to say it was out of warranty due to tread wear. I had to fight it all the way up the the store manager to get past that one.
After a while, I realized they don't actually repair bikes. They don't repair anything. They only replace parts. So let's say you need to have your bike repaired and you can't deliver it to them. You call for a pick up. Two days go by. No pick up. You call

I have a 2017 Victory highball I purchased from mancuso north. Well they no longer have the equipment to do warranty work on my bike. Told me to take it to Mancuso 59. Well I did and that was two weeks ago. The throttle was sticking and through a code for a bad o2 sensor. Oh, and I needed a safety inspection. I dropped the bike off on Saturday two weeks ago and they said it on schedule to have a mechanic look at it on Tuesday. Well on Wednesday I called and was told it would be next Tuesday. I was a little let down but understood. Called that following tuesday, still hasn't made it to a mechanic

Just bought a 2016 Slingshot from here a few weeks back and I couldn't be happier! The sales and finance was painless. Jeff the manager was a pleasure to work with and so was Frank the finance manager. Armando was my sales guy and he was very knowledgeable about the slingshots. I have a collection of toys and this dealership is definitely one of the dealers I plan on coming back to for years to come. Thanks guys and keep up the good work!

Took my bike in for repairs. Took 4 weeks to even look ar it. One week to diagnose and order parts, one week set not touched due manager out of town, one week to fix..seven weks total. I called them once a week to finf out whst was happening but never received a call from service...They have a lot of nice bikes but service would really be a concern.

Rick in the service department rocks! Helpful and he really took the time to explain what had been done and what I can do next time so I don't always have to bring my bike in. Also the guys in the parts department gave me an amazing deal on a trickle battery charger. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my bike here again.

This review is of Mancuso Powersports SERVICE DEPARTMENT only.
I have taken my bikes here for 4 years and have continually seen the service department go downhill. The price quoted for standard jobs (i.e. tire changes, equipment installations, factory scheduled services...) can be several hundred dollars difference between 1 employee and the next. Leading me to believe that they do not have a standard "hour+labor" charge. As of late, 2 of the 3 "boys" at the service desk looked stoned beyond belief (either that, or they REALLY need to get more rest), and haven't a clue

This store has great inventory and plenty of room to walk between the bikes. However, they seem to always be under staffed on the weekends. They will have one guy for each brand, and so if you have questions, you are going to have to wait, and wait, and wait. I had one guy start helping me and in the middle of doing paperwork went and started talking to another customer. He clearly was trying to make two sales at one time.
The parts I ordered came in later than I was promised, some of the parts were the wrong ones too. I gave them three stars because they did have a few good employee's

We informed the guys that we were buying a Honda ruckus earlier in the morning and they informed us that the paper work and assembly would be completed beforehand. We arrived at noon and waited for TWO HOURS for these guys to get everything prepared and ready to sign after knowing we were going to spend a pretty significant amount of money for the Ruckus. They didn't help load the ruckus in the back of the truck after the wait. Forgot to put the temporary license plate on the ruckus. Customer service was not up to par and I will be bringing my business elsewhere.

I had been shopping around for a Victory Cross Country. I was set on how much I wanted to spend, but was flexible on what model between the 8-ball and tour. I had horrible experiences at Cowboy Powersports in Beaumomt and Mancuso Powersports Gulf Freeway. I came in to Mancuso Powersports 59 and had the best experience ever. I don't like pushy sales people when I am coming in with cash and know what I want. AJ was my salesman and he took care of me and got me the deal I wanted. I have also done my 500 mile service with them and in all my dealings with the staff there I have nothing but positives
