Unfortunately had a very poor experience in the Service department. Brought in my daughters daily driver after getting stalled. It wouldn't start anymore so brought it in to check somehow the bike started right up when we unloaded it from the trailer. So I decided to leave it there so they could check the error codes. After about a week later and a crazy quote, they finally got back with me telling me that the motorcycle had a broken oil tank (which is plastic) . So I asked what about the error codes I wrote down when I brought the bike in. He told me they could not work on the air codes before

We are loyal to our Harley Davidson dealership since 2008. My husband recently inquired about a bike and was greeted by Uncle Jeffrey. After a few weeks of wheeling and dealing we found the BEST deal in Texas on a 2021 Road Glide special.. snake venom color. Uncle Jeffrey was determined to win us over and he made every effort to make sure we were happy with the deal. Some HD dealers make you feel like you owe them something.. not here! There's a reason they've been in business for decades! Good people, great deals and everyone we encountered there wore a smile and greeted us like family

Spur of the moment purchase, and the hubby and I found ourselves driving HD store to HD store in search of his next bike. We ended up at Stubbs. They didn't have the bike we wanted there, but they got it in same-day for us! Kiya and Turbo were our dream team, quick, hilarious, accommodating, not pushy nor overly aggressive like many we've encountered, and knowledgeable! We'd recommend this shop and these folks! Tell them the bald girl recommended him(Tur if you go in :)

Great customer service & very patient. Went in to buy a new helmet for summer and they had quite the collection...unfortunately for me I wear a 2x, so most helmets make me look like a "Bobblehead" or a "Mushroom " head...Jocelyn was extremely patient with me while I tried on at least a dozen helmets and finally found one that fit right & wasn't to bulky on my big noggin... I also found a leather jacket that was discontinued but Stubbs didn't have my size...Jocelyn got online an found one at another dealer in my size and had it delivered to their store...service

This review is about the service center. The sales team has always been friendly and very helpful. The service center is a joke. Took in my Harley to get new handle bars put on. They did it in a timely matter no complaints there but now looking back at it I wish they would have taken more time to make the finished product better. When I received the bike they were closing so I wanted to get out of there hair so took the bike home and noticed on my ride home the clutch housing was loose about 20% play up and down movement. Seems kind of dangerous to me. When I got off the bike I noticed all of the

Unless you don't mind a dealership that will sell you new $19.000 bike with a known issue, Stubbs is your place. 2 months and only 100 miles later , mine is getting a new short block installed as per Harley directive at a reputable dealer that doesn't sell bikes with known issues just to secure a sale from an out of towner just before closing time on Saturday. They didn't even put the bike in transport mode nor show us how to do it before they all left. My wife and I had to dig through the manual and figure it out and were the last ones to drive away from a vacated dealership with

Just purchased Road Glide from dealership last Friday. I had some reservations since I would be dealing with sales people but I was wrong. Turbo assisted me with my purchase by providing exceptional customer service and educating me on my choices. He was open, very transparent in what was communicated and honest about my options. I've purchased two full dressers from Stubbs in my years of purchasing and after today they won't receive any more business and I'm sure they really don't care.
Strongly recommend if you want to deal with a reputable group avoid Jeff White's team and look at Mancuso or Republic. There is a good reason Republic sales more Harleys than Stubbs....they deliver great service!
However I will say if there was one positive person in this process it was Austin in service. After requesting he have the GM call me about my questions he had the guts and the right stuff to call me

Bought a bike from an owner who had originally pruchased it from Stubbs. He prepaid for all the services for the first 10k miles. When i called Stubbs to confirm that I could come and take advantage of this prepaid service, they advised that it does not transfer to the new owner. When I asked why not since it was pre paid for the service on the bike and not the owner, they could not explain the reason. Makes no sense, since they got paid for it and now refuse it, originally it is their bike and now they refuse to honour their promise / contract. They will never have my business.
