From the time I took my beginner riders course to about 2 months later when I bought my bike, everybody made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I felt supported throughout the process of learning and my purchasing experience was anxiety free as I knew I was in the hands of experienced and knowledgeable people.
The coaches during my riding class were calm and patient even when, yes, I cried during class and had an anxiety attack. I made a lot of mistakes during the exercises and each time the coaches would explain what to do until I got it right.
I would highly recommend any of the Harley shops

I have to be honest. I didn't actually go in the store. I ended up with a flat tire at 3am on my way home from work. I wasn't able to get to it the next day but when my daughter and husband picked it up, it was in the same shape as when I left it. Thank you so much for taking care of my car. I love you all!

I bought a motorcycle from here. My first motorcycle, actually. Great customer service during the buying process, but only about a week after I bought it, I started noticing a noise coming from the front axle. My motorcycle needs a whole new front axle as well as wheel bearings. I also opened up the air intake cover and discovered it hadn't been changed at all in years. I also took off both sets of brake pads and replaced them. A full service on the motorcycle should have been done before it ever hit the showroom floor. I will include photos of what I found only one week after I had the bike and
